under CLIA. Qualified individuals will have a Bachelor of Science degree in
biology science or related
field, 12-month internship
at certified school of Medical
Technology/Affiliation with
a national registry such as
ASCP (American Society
of Clinical Pathologists) or
equivalent, state licensing
where applicable, a minimum of two years practical
experience preferred, sound
knowledge of principles of
management, supervision,
and training, familiarity
with current government,
laboratory regulations under CLIA, effective communication skills and techniques, word-processing and
basic computer skills, basic
CPR preferred, possess the
ability to work independently, multi-task, and adapt to

minimum of 3 years clinical
experience, strong collaborative management style,
strong communication and
organizational skills, 3-5
years experience in clinical information, 2-3 years
of staff training experience,
preferred experience in
CPSI and EPIC, and, BLS
required. This position will
