X32 Firmware Update

Version 2.09 and 2.10 (25 November 2014)

The X32 Firmware Updates V 2.09 and 2.10 feature performance enhancements to the award-winning
X32 operating system. The 2.09 firmware adds several useful preferences, especially pertaining to Mute
and DCA group functions. DCA Mute buttons can now be used as Mute Groups, and individual channel
mutes can take precedence over any group mutes. Regarding specific requests for local broadcasting
applications, firmware 2.09 now also allows inverting the Mute button LED status, making them on-air
rather than mute buttons. Along with a number of small enhancements, the 2.09 firmware also adds
DHCP functionality to the network configuration, simplifying the use of X32 series consoles in existing
network infrastructure.
Additionally, firmware 2.10 features a new Auto mode for dynamics, improves switching between pages
with graphics overlays, further stabilizes external synchronization to Dante system clock and offers new
adjustment parameters for the RTA display.
BEHRINGER is constantly adding new features and making enhancements to this extremely stable
operating system, so that you always experience the best possible performance from your X32. Check
out behringer.com for updates regularly.
Note: It is recommended that you backup all data (export Show and Libraries to USB) before updating,
as a firmware upgrade may erase data currently stored on your M32. Please be aware that firmware 2.09
/ 2.10 works best with X32-Edit 2.3 on PC / Mac / Linux computers in wired networks, and with X32-Mix
2.2 on Apple iPads (iOS 6 or 7) for wireless networking.

Enhancements 2.09
Screen redraw issues related to Mute Group menu fixed
USB drive handling during power-up improved
Several Setup screen layouts rearranged
Safe Shutdown now includes USB Recorder shutdown
Enhancements 2.10
Improved clock stability in Dante slave mode (external clock sync)
Screen flicker removed, when changing between pages with overlay graphics
