people to deal better with pain by distracting them from painful.

reduce a serious painful from a range of painful conditions by up to 21%

1. Steady music beats can relax and person by slowing down their heartbeat and
breathing.
a. For example, in UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital plays music to their
patients for many years, and it helped many children.
D. Improves body movement and coordination
1. It developed, maintained and restored the physical functions in the restore of a
person with difficulties in movement.

1. Whenever you find that you are overloaded or stressful, you can try to listen to
some slow music or music with a very steady tempo.

2. For those pregnant women, they usually live under a very stressful life. They
suffer from the long, physically demanding process it entails. Listening to
classical music can decrease high stress levels.

a. One night before my examination, I cant even sleep after I lay on bed
over an hour. I turned my iPod on and play a slow movement of Mozarts
Symphony. I suddenly calm myself and fall in sleep.

1. No matter in what age, the duration and intensity of concentration can
improve by listening classical music. Many studies have shown the great

2. As a music teacher, I usually saw many different kinds of children. Most of
the children are not easy to educate. However, after over a year and a year of
education, music changed them. At least, they will sit down and listen to
what I am saying.
