simply end at closing. Your Bigelow representative will walk you through your new
home prior to closing, make notes on items that require attention and answer
questions. At this walk-through, you will receive a Homeowners Manual that
includes two service requests; one to be submitted to Bigelow Homes after 30
days, and one after 11 months. This Homeowners Manual is your personal
guide to homeowner maintenance and warranty issues and is designed to be a
reference source for the life of your home. Bigelow Homes is committed to our
mission as a homebuilder and in support of that, we offer a full time service
department as a contact source for you, the homeowner.
For nearly 30 years, Bigelow Homes has built quality and affordable homes. By
combining talented subcontractors and using the best of materials, we have

Upon closing, our people detail the home and our customers are given a service
manual. Then, we make an on-site visit one month and 11 months after the home
is closed. Its mandatory in each and every house that we build. Our goal is to be a
quality builder with an excellent service department to handle all of our problems.
After all, the home building process is never perfect, but we strive to come close.
