I, the undersigned, being duly sworn, state that all facts contained in this Complaint and Affidavit, known by me or told to me by other reliable persons form the basis for my
belief that the defendant committed this crime

On 22815 at approximately 23:57 hrs I, Deputy Burns, was notified that dispatch received a 911 call reference Brett Pryor (BP) leaving with a vehicle
from Crossroads in Early, IA that he did not have consent from the owner to be driving. The reporting party stated that he

might be going home to his parents who lived approximately one block to the north. Upon arrival I observed the car parked at the intersection of 3rd and
Maple St. in Early. I was advised that his parents lived at the residence on the southwest corner of that intersection. As I approached the house I was
met at the door by BP. BP stated that Jenna had drove him home and she was just four houses down. I stated that he would come with me and we
would go talk to Jenna at that residence. BP then changed his story and stated that he had to call her because he didn't know where she was. BP then
called Jenna on his cell phone which was on speaker phone. Jenna was stating that BP took her car without her consent. Four statements were
obtained from witnesses at Crossroads and a statement form was left for a fifth subject who left periodically. BP was then transported to the Sac County
Jail.
