Introduction:
This study was designed to analyzes certain cases showing on how Mr. Andri
Malari should make plans that will support his business when things go
wrong, like making events or programs that will widen his connection to
people to prevent low rate of income because of customers buy in other
shops, And on how Mr. Mallari should ask his children in a way that he can
convince them to take engineering and business related courses because in
the future they will be the one who be in charge of the business and in
decision makings.

Body:
Mr. Andy Mallari opened a small shop selling transistor radios and other electronic parts in
Cabanatuan City. His business grew and after 11 years of hard work he was able to attain a
higher type of living. He purchased a lot and constructed a two-storey building. He expanded his
business in other big towns of San Jose City, Gapan and Guimba in which his current operations
cover sales and repair. By this time he employs five salesladies in Cabanatuan and six
technicians.
Mr. Mallaris perspective has changed drastically after he met his former
classmate Estelito Chan who now has a well-established appliance assembly plant in Manila. He
said that he didnt start big but rather as a subcontractor for a large assembly plant until he was
able to establish his own factory.

Mr. Mallari has three sons, all belonging to the top ten in their respective classes.
His oldest is about ready to enter college and is thinking of sending him to an engineering
school. He thinks all three have the potential to help him realize his dream of establishing his
own assembly plant.

COUNCLUSION
From the major problem, we suggest that Mr. Mallari should take into account
even the smallest detail in his business. A single mistake can ruin a perfectly
crafted plan. The analysis will provide him a simple but firm foundation of
actions he can perform in the future to sustain his current stability and to
further support the scheme he is planning to implement.
Mr. Andy Mallari should first consult his sons for their willingness to
participate in their fathers dream of having a plan and business that will
flourish the same way his friends business did. If they agree, he should pick
the best course that would fir the personality and interest of his sons so that
at some point, they will learn to love it. If at least one of them will not agree,
he should at least respect their decision.
Base in the story of Mr. Mallari, I conclude that an experienced
individual performs not only as a businessman but also an efficient
individual. He started as a small businessman until he became a successful
one. This transition certifies him as a man of wise decision-maker and as well
as a father. If he will take necessary steps to fulfill his goal, he will need not
to worry about his future plans and the education of his sons.
I considered the following recommendation:
a. Mr.Andy Mallari should suggest the following courses: ECE, Accountancy,
Business Administration
b. He should consult his friend for detailed information about his business.
