JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT
OF JOSEPH REY B. LUMABAS
I, Joseph Rey B. Lumabas, 25 years old, single, residing in Sta.
Maria, Zamboanga City, after having been sworn to in accordance with
the law do hereby depose and state:
That Atty. MARICAR CORINA CANAYA is the counsel who
conducted and supervised my examination as a witness at her office in
BG Building Gov. Lim Ave., Zamboanga City;
That I am answering the questions herein fully conscious that I do
so under oath and that I may be criminally liable for false testimony or
perjury;
The following are the questions propounded by Atty. Canaya and
my answers in the English language:

Question 1: Do you swear to tell the truth and nothing but the truth?
Answer 1: Yes Atty. Maricar Corina Canaya.
Q2: Are you the same Joseph Rey B. Lumabas working with Atty. Undug
as his driver?
A2: Yes, I am.
Q3: Last November 10, 2014 around 2pm, did you drove with Atty.
Undug?
A3: Yes, we went to his office, we took his scrabble. Then we went to
KFC, and then we also went to Herher motel.
Q4: what did he do in Herher motel?
A4: he was about to meet with his friends, but unfortunately only one his
friends went there.
Q5: can you recognize his friend?
A5: yes, he is Jose Gabriel Salvacion.
Q6: did you join them inside?
A5: no, I only stayed inside the car, but Sir Undug called for me to bring
the scrabble inside, so I comply, thats the time I went in, but actually the
door is just open.

witness regarding his answers;
