SATELLITE SERIES OVERVIEW

Overview
The SuperContest Satellite Series will enable players across the U.S. to enter free-to-play contests on
the Gamblino mobile app, where the winner of each competition will receive a free entry into the 2015
SuperContest. The contests in the series will be tailored around premier US sporting events in 2015.

Gamblino Application Description

The Gamblino mobile app is free to download and available only in the United States. Using a point
based system, players place wagers on real-time sports betting odds (spreads, moneylines, totals, &
props) in contests and pools. These points are never purchased, and are not transferable for value
outside the app. All betting in the app takes place in the context of either contests (open to all
Gamblino users), or pools (user generated, invite-only private contests among friends).

How The Contests Work

Upon joining a contest, the player receives his/her starting point balance (Ex. 10,000pts). The players
goal is to increase his/her starting balance by placing wagers within the guidelines of the contest
variables. If the player loses his/her entire point balance, they are eliminated from the contest. The
player(s) with the most points at the end of the contest period wins the stated prize(s). Each contest has
distinct variables, including:
sports allowed (College Basketball, MLB, NBA, NHL etc.)
wager types allowed (spread, moneyline, over/under, props)

starting balance
max bet (limits the number of points to be placed on a specic event/wager type)
contest period (start and end date)
prize

Max Wager: 1,000 (Increases to 2,000 after Round of 32; 4,000 at after Elite 8, 8,000 after Semi-nals)
