Title: Digital Media Marketing & Community Management Executive
Department: Strategic Integrations
Position: Full Time
The position will report to:
1. CSCO
Key Job Functions:

To assist and develop 360 digital media of Purple Arts & Communication
To manage all digital business/communication requirements of clients and to ensure
strategic standard delivery & global thinking
To Create & Manage Online Communities of behalf of Purple Arts & Communication
and our clients working closely with Content & Creative personal
To lead Digital Media Business Development on all current and potential front on behalf
of Purple Art & Communications
To integrate digital pr & online reputation management within the scope of services
offered at Purple Arts & Communications

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media strategy that defines how social
media marketing techniques will be applied to increase visibility and traffic across all our
clients brands and products/services, along with that of Purple Arts & Communications
2. Assist the development of social media management standards, policies and rules of
engagement for social media
3. Define key performance indicators and implement enterprise level measurement,
analytics, and reporting methods to gauge success

4. Define, innovate, and develop strategy along with process, in addition to provide
reporting to management and clients on best practices for creating, managing,
monitoring, and developing content/media for social networks
5. Apply marketing research and development methods to learn and understand emerging
Digital Media trends and technologies and to communicate this knowledge clearly and
concisely to ensure best practices and innovative deployment
6. To propose, monitor and work with vendors and or in-house web developers to ensure
unique and functional development of sites & apps where required
7. Ensure good presentation accompanied by sound research and or analysis when procuring
new client business on behalf of Purple Arts & Communications.
8. Ability to work effectively under deadlines and juggle several assignments
simultaneously
9. to work independently and to lead & manage a team over a period of time
10. To define the operation standards and processes and establish KPI's for Strategic Digital
Media Operations and define Digital Media Trends locally on par with global standard
11. Where your expertise may be required from time to time, you will assist Executive
Management with the operations, and strategic development of the company

Monthly Salary:

PKR 16,500

Monthly Mobile Allowance:

PKR 4,500

Monthly Fuel Allowance:

PKR 5,000

Net Amount:

PKR 26,000

Bonus/Increments: Effective upon satisfactory completion of the first 180 days of employment,
and based upon the goals and objectives agreed to in the performance development planning
process with your superior, you may be eligible for a bonus/increments. The bonus/increment
plan for this year and beyond, should such a plan exist, will be based on the formula determined
by the company for that year.
Your Growth (Increment) rate is pegged at a minimum of 25% for Year 1. ( may be claimed in
part or in full at 180 days evaluation)
You are eligible for the Business Development Incentive Program
New Client: 15% of first month of corporate retainer*
*Corporate Retainers refer to annual contracts, based on minimum retainer for individual service
categories on successful lead conversion
Total Paid Leaves: 26 working Days

Annual Leave Allowance: 14 Working Days
Sick Leave: 7 Working Days
Personal Emergency Time Off: 5 Working Days

You acknowledge that this offer letter, (along with the final form of any referenced documents,
CV, Previous Pay slips), represents the entire agreement between you and Purple Arts &
Communications and that no verbal or written agreements, promises or representations that are
not specifically stated in this offer, are or will be binding upon Purple Arts & Communications.
You agree not to work for a competitor of Purple Arts & Communications or of its clients
via freelance opportunities, in addition you agree not to solicit additional business services
as a separate entity to Purple Arts & Communications Clients DURING THE TENURE
OF YOUR EMPLOYMENT AT Purple Arts & Communications
Your employment with Purple Arts & Communications is at-will and either party can terminate
the relationship at any time with cause or with notice (1 month notice) If you are in agreement
with the above outline, please print the document & sign below, and mail it to Purple Arts &
Communications within 2 days of the Date of Offer.
