T HE N EON M USEUM
Also known as the Neon Boneyard, the Neon Museum of Las Vegas gives a colorful
interpretation of the citys history. As the Strip transformed over the years, iconic neon

signs gave way to modern LCD screens. Many of the displaced neon signs now call the
museum home, and visitors can stop by and revisit 150+ of the most memorable signs
from Las Vegass vibrant past. Ranging from the 1930s to the present day, signs include
gems from Caesars Palace, Binion's Horseshow, the Golden Nugget, and the Stardust.

SECRET PIZZA
Hidden on the third floor of
the Cosmopolitan Hotel &
Casino, Secret Pizza is a tiny,
New York-style pizzeria.

Theres no sign, hence the

name, but during peak hours
the line snaking out the door is
the perfect hint. You can order
a slice to eat at their counter
while listening to tunes by
Frank Sinatra and Elvis, or
order a fresh pie to be
delivered to your room.

THE MOB MUSEUM

Located two blocks away from the Fremont Street Experience in downtown, the Mob
Museum shows a seedier side of Las Vegass history. With interactive exhibits, theater
presentations, photos, and countless artifacts, visitors will see the secrets of famous gangsters
including Al Capone, Whitey Bulger, and John Gotti. Youll also learn how deeply Las Vegas
was influenced by organized criminals, such as Bugsy Siegel, who famously developed one of
the first properties on the Las Vegas Strip the Flamingo Casino.

Nevada is known for its wild west past, including several ghost towns within driving
distance of Las Vegas:

Chloride, Arizona is an old mining town under two hours from Vegas by car.
