1. Call to Order:
Mayor Pringle called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.
2. Moment of Reflection or Prayer:
Mayor Pringle called for a moment of reflection or prayer before proceeding with
the Council Meeting.
3. Disclosure of Pecuniary Interest:
Mayor Pringle reminded Council members to disclose any pecuniary interest that
may arise during the course of the meeting. No disclosures of pecuniary interest
were expressed at this time.

The owners of 837061 Taylor Drive have a temporary use zoning by-law and
agreement to permit a granny suite. They are proposing to rezone to make the
second residential use permanent. They were advised to make a rezoning
application.

The Ontario Clean Water Agency report for April 2014 for the Chatsworth and
Walters Falls water systems was presented.

1. Traffic Impact Study for Sideroad 60
The proponents of the Bumstead pit are preparing an addendum to their Roads
Assessment study to address some concerns that have been raised. When
Council received the addendum they will consider if a peer review is required.
2. Wind Turbine Working Group Terms of Reference

proposed Terms of Reference for the Multi-Municipal Wind Turbine
Working Group.

3. Hunting Dog Kennel Exemption Request
Council policy has been to allow a kennel license exemption for hunting dogs if
the owner requests it.

4. Proposal for a Generic Risk Management Program
Under the Clean Water Act and subsequent to our Source Water Protection
plan provincial approval the municipality will be required to develop a Risk
Management Program (RMP). The development of a RMP could be a
significant work load issue. County of Grey, County of Bruce and Source
Protection Authority are of the opinion that a generic RMP can be developed
that would be of benefit to all municipalities in Grey Bruce.

Be it Resolved that the Township of Chatsworth is interested in
partnering with the County of Grey, County of Bruce and other
interested municipalities in the preparation and issuance of a Request
for Proposals for the development of a ROM/RMI in a Box Project as
detailed in the Memo dated May 22, 2014,
And that this expression of Initial Interest does not obligate us to any
further participation and/or monetary contribution to the project.

5. Staff Recognition: Carolyn Vlielander -Marx AMCTO Honours
Council congratulated Carolyn on her completion of the Association of Municipal
Managers, Clerks and Treasurers Diploma in Municipal Administration with
honours. Carolyn has been inducted into AMCTOs Academic Honour Roll which
recognizes academic high achievers from AMCTOs Diploma Program.
