The student's performance in each theory course is evaluated for a maximum of 100
marks of which 40 marks for in-semester assessment (consisting of Assignments and
Quizzes) and 60 marks for the mid and final term examinations.
There will be two assignment and two quizzes. For post graduation the second
assignment will be Presentation.
The normal assignment weightage for each assessment component in a particular
course is as follows:
