Create a word document that has your name, date and period on the top right corner.
Type the following paragraphs within the dotted lines:

The classroom rules are discussed in detail and referred to frequently throughout the year.
I find that I need to keep strict adherence to the rules at the beginning of the year. As the
year draws on, I can assess how the class behaves and make adjustments, if needed.
