We refer to the undertaking given by your firm to John Owen relating to delivery of 5 million shares in
ACI.

We confirm that you are hereby authorised to deliver the share certificates for the shares to John
Owen’s solicitors in accordance with your undertaking notwithstanding the fact that we now dispute
John Owen’s entitlement to the shares.

We also confirm subject to being so ordered by the court or any regulatory body (including the Law
Society) that you may deliver the shares to John Owen in negotiable form and we authorise Julian
Hamilton Barns as the sole Director of Limestone Capital Limited to execute a Stock Power to give
effect to this authorisation.

We also confirm that ACI Global will not oppose or raise any enquiry in relation to the registration of
John Owen or his nominee as the registered holder of the shares.
