to see that the position is open to junior qualified engineers.
I am currently working as a Circuit Design Specialist for the Byers Engineering
Company. This valuable experience has enabled me to gain a broad
understanding of circuits by coordinating with customers and telecom providers
to ensure that requirements are identified and circuit design solutions are
acceptable, improving operational integrity and provide alternative circuit
routing to eliminate potential failure points in the network. I also installed and
tested complex circuit designs that are being implemented for customers.
I am a well travelled person, during my time in Kanoya when I was a child, I
have learned spoken and written Japanese, in two types of scripts: hiragana
and katakana. I also feel identified with the Japanese culture. In my free time, I
watch Japanese mangas and some horror films. I am also improving my English
level by attending weekly evening classes and studying on my own towards the
Proficiency Cambridge Exam.

Transport Ordering Analyst

(Japanese Speaking)
MYR 3000 - 4200 +Bonus and Allowance
Cyberjaya (Selangor)

Responsibilities:

Take responsibility for the implementation of service(s) as defined by the

customers official order (external customer) or officially sanctioned internal
works order (internal customer).
Manage the overall circuit implementation of required service(s).

Ensure project timelines are met (i.e. project is commenced and completed on
time).

Ensure the compliance and standard of company and organisational policies and
procedures are met.

Manage and provide feedback to the customer (internal or external) as required

throughout the implementation phase.

Manage and provide feedback to relevant AT&T Teams e.g. Project Coordinators,
Sales, Engineering

Accurately administer, monitor and maintain AT&T implementation toolsets and

databases.

Coordinate with AT&T Network Field Operations for any cabling requirements at
our Points of Presence

Track, report and resolve implementation issues with the customer, suppliers or
AT&T Teams.

Arrange testing of access circuits if and as required.

Hand-over of access circuit to and obtain formal acceptance from customer

(internal or external).

Work with AT&T Circuit Administration to resolve any potential issues around
payment of 1st invoice to access suppliers if required.

Provide Management with regular updates and monthly report(s) on

implementation activities.
