Deutsche Services Poland created in 2012, is a significant expansion of our existing Finance team

in Poland, but will act specifically as a hub for the centralization of key functions across Europe,
Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Deutsche Bank has recognized Warsaw as a growing centre for
banking and other Financial Services, whilst proving a cost effective location in the same time
zone to support our major European locations.

Currently we are looking for:

The Poland Analytics team operates as a part of Deutsche Bank structures within EMEA Regional
Finance. EMEA Analytics is the Regional Finance centre of excellence providing a consultancy partnering,
adding value and expertise to its Regional Finance stakeholders through their review, analysis, research
and decision support. The Poland Analytics team has a key role to play in the creation of insight and
intelligence and innovative solutions to help challenge and optimise the decision making process,
maximising long term shareholder return.

Responsibilities:
Prepare regular management reports on the financial results of Deutsche Bank entities from EMEA
region including relevant commentary on the developments.
Prepare ad hoc management information on Balance Sheet and P&L items for various business- or
external stakeholders including reporting for regulatory purposes.
Provide analyses and reports on the structure of revenues of specific Deutsche Bank entities as well as
contribute to the preparation of business plans and entity valuations.
Analyse and review other financial data as well as provide respective conclusions on findings in order to
generate value add analytics.
Support process owners in optimisation of analytical processes and reports standardisation.
Liaise with Analytics team leads and stakeholders in EMEA locations helping to define the scope,
delivery and completion of various projects in the area of finance.
Help to maintain strong working relationships with all levels of the organisation within the EMEA
Analytics community, managing the requirements and expectations of key stakeholders.

Requirement:
Min. 3 years of relevant practical experience of proven track record of value add analytical delivery.
Master degree level (Finance, Economy, Banking, Accounting).
Strong Analytical skills.
Very good communication skills, in English and Polish (written/verbal). Fluent English is a must.
Very good Excel skills; Power Point and VBA would be an asset.
