CRITERIA
I fulfil the following requirements:
Mark "X" where appropriate.

Full time student

Within the duration of study allowed by UiTM*.
Obtain at least 30 points of Continuous Professional Activities (CPA) through participation
in extra curricular activities at faculty level*.
Did not receive any warning letter for current or immediate preceding semester.
Comply with all faculty's requirements as stated in the study grant criteria.
Did not fail with scores less than 30 marks for any paper for exam conducted by professional
bodies in the immediate preceding semester.
Average score for trial exam for all papers attempted in the immediate preceding semester
is not less than 40 marks.
