PAYMENTS CAN BE DONE VIA CASH OR CREDIT CARD ON THE SPOT BEFORE THE FLIGHT. CREDIT CARD
DETAILS ARE NEEDED IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE THE RESERVATION. ALPHA TOURS IS AUTHORIZED TO
CHARGE THE GIVEN CREDIT CARD IF THE CLIENT FAILS TO FOLLOW THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
LISTED ON PAGE 2 OF THIS DOCUMENT.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Insurance: Every passenger is insured in accordance with the local UAE Civil Aviation Authority
regulations.
2. Passenger Identification: Due to official rules and regulations in the UAE, passengers are
obliged to present an official identification when checking in for their flight.
3. Weight and Balance: Passengers weight will be checked prior to their flight due do
helicopter weight and balance regulations and restrictions.
4. Dress Code: Clients are recommended to dress in comfortable and light sportswear. Earrings
are not allowed on board of the aircraft.
5. Passenger and Baggage Security: Passengers will be subject to security control as per GCAA
regulations. Baggage is not allowed on board of the helicopter and must be left at the designated
lounge lockers.
6. Photography and Video Shooting: HD camcorders or cameras with telephoto lens grater
than 400mm are not permitted to be carried on board the helicopter unless proper approvals
have been granted and are presented to Alpha Tours.
7. Booking Confirmation: Flights will be only booked upon receiving a completed and signed copy of
this document. Alpha Tours will then confirm the booking in return to the client.
8. Availability: All flights are subject to helicopter availability (unscheduled maintenance), Air Traffic
Control authorization and weather conditions.
9. Flight Route and Duration: Flight routes and duration are subject to change due to Air Traffic
Control regulations or other unexpected factors beyond our reasonable control.
10. Cancellation Policy:
a. In the event of poor weather conditions or other external factors out of our reasonable
control, the flight may be cancelled at short notice, without any charges being applied to the
client.
b. Cancelation coming from the client:
Over 48 hours in advance
Less than 48 hours in advance
Less than 24 hours in advance

No charges applied
50% of booked cost will be charged
100% of booked cost will be charged
