Beginning Feb. 25, this will be a 5-week video series from

Fr. Barrons Catholicism series, ending the Wednesday
before Holy Week, March 25th. We begin serving soup at
6:00 p.m., and the series will be from 6:30 thru 8:00 p.m.
Each week we get to dine on the most amazing soups ever
made by some of the best cooks in the country. Please call

of these weeks.

Love Our Priests

The Love Our Priests Prayer Group has been in existence
for 16 years and is based at Ascension Parish. We honor a
priest from the Diocese every quarter. On Saturday, February 28, Rev. Richard Perozich, Pastor at Immaculate
Conception in Old Town, will be our guest. He has a fascinating story to share about his journey to the priesthood.
Mass at 10:00 a.m.

Book Sale
On Sunday, March 1st, the youth
will have their "Used Book Sale"
in the Hall. This fundraiser is to
raise money for the youth retreat
in April. If you have any used
books that you would like to donate for this fundraiser, call

them off at the Ministry Center.
They will also be selling "Baked
Goods." Stop by and browse the
books, and pick up some goodies
while you are there.

The San Diego Diocese is sponsoring an AfterAbortion Overnight Healing Retreat for Catholic
women on Feb. 27, 28 and March 1. Held at St. Marys
Retreat Center in Escondido, it includes overnight
lodging, meals, and a workbook. Cost is $100; partial
scholarships available. Confidentiality maintained.
