Language is very influtial in social interaction for society. Social
interaction will not be far from communication in society. Communication is a
tool to unite the ideas between speakers of one another. It can be proved when
communication does not run well then the result of interaction will not be perfect.
Imperfect interaction is usually characterized by the existence of errors in
language. It makes the researcher to do research about Phonological Level
Language Errors Analysis on Pekalongan FM Damashinta Radio Broadcaster, it
because the language which is used by broadcaster still has errors such as on
change, addition, and removal of phonemes, this happens because there is an error
that influences the level of phonology in language broadcaster usually based on
the background of broadcaster.
Based on the problems which have been researched, there are two
statement of problems, (1) How does the form of phonological level language
errors on Damashinta FM Pekalongan Radio broadcaster, and (2) What are the
factors which influence the occurrence of errors in the phonological level
language Damashinta FM radio broadcaster. The objectives of this research are to
(1) Describe Phonological Level Language Errors Analysis on Damashinta FM
Pekalongan Radio Broadcaster, and (2) Describe the factors which influence the
occurrence of errors in the phonological level language Damashinta FM radio
broadcaster.
There are two approaches which use in this research, theoritically and
methodologically research approach. The data of this research is the oral speech
fragments of Damashinta FM radio broadcaster. The source of data is obtained
from oral speech of Damashinta FM Radio broadcaster. Data collection is done by
using refer and interview technique methods.
The analysis result on Damashinta FM Pekalongan Radio Broadcaster
language, there are seven phonological level language errors, (a) vowel phonemes
alteration, (b) consonant phonemes alteration, (c) vowel-consonant phonemes
alteration, (d) vowel phonemes removal, (e) consonant phonemes removal, (f)
single phonemes double phonemes removal, (g) consonant phonemes addition.
The type of vowel phonemes alteration which are found, (1) vowel phoneme
alteration /a/ become /e/, (2) vowel phoneme alteration /a/ become /i/, (3) vowel
phonem alteration /a/ become /o/, (4) vowel phoneme alteration /i/ become /e/, (5)
vowel phoneme alteration /o/ become /u/, (6) vowel phoneme alteration /u/
become /e/, (7) vowel phoneme alteration /u/ become /o/. The type of consonant

phonemes alteration which are found, (1) consonant phoneme alteration /b/
become /t/, (2) consonant phoneme alteration /d/ become /t/, (3) consonant
phoneme alteration /f/ become /p/, (4) consonant phoneme alteration /n/
become /ng/. The type alteration of vowel to consonant phonemes are, (1) vowel
phoneme alteration /u/ become consonant phoneme /w/, (2) vowel phoneme
alteration /i/ become consonant phoneme /y/. The type removal of vowel phonems
are, (1) vowel phoneme removal /i/, (2) vowel phoneme removal /e/, (3) vowel
phoneme removal /u/. The type removal of consonant phonemes are, (1)
consonant phoneme removal /h/, (2) consonant phoneme removal /m/, (3)
consonant phoneme removal /r/, (4) consonant phoneme removal /s/, (5)
consonant phoneme removal /t/. The type removal of double vowel to single
vowel phonemes are, (1) single copies vowel phoneme removal /ai/ become /e/,
(2) single copies vowel phoneme removal /au/ become /o/. The type addition of
consonant phoneme are, (1) consonant phoneme addition /h/, (2) consonant
phoneme addition /k/, (3) consonant phoneme addition /w/. Although the factors
which influence the occurrence errors are found in the speech-language radio
broadcaster such as, (1) lack of vocabulary indonesian language, (2) it is still
influenced by the mother tongue or L1, (3) a deliberate intention, (4) incident on
the tongue or throat without a deliberate intention, (5) lack of understanding of the
language user to language which is used.
Based on the results, there are some suggests which need to be considered
such as, (1) The research about phonological level language errors analysis on
Damashinta FM Pekalongan radio broadcaster, it is one of research which is done
by using phonological level language errors study. Therefore, it is necessary to
research more broadly about phonological level language errors analysis on
Damashinta FM Pekalongan radio broadcaster, to get more the type of
phonological level language errors. (2) The readers are interested with
phonological level language discourse errors, in order to explore theories about
the type of phonological level language errors. (3) The research entitled
Phonological Level Language Errors Analysis on Damashinta FM Pekalongan
Radio Broadcaster" with the complex problems and new to be reviewed by
phonological level language errors study, thus allowing for be studied with other
approaches such as morphological level language errors analysis.
