CHAPTER I
INTRODUCTION
A. Background
The learning process experienced by every person throughout life and can apply at any
time and anywhere. Learning is an interaction between the learner and his environment
resulting in a change of behavior towards the better. In learning the most important task of the
teacher is to condition the environment to support behavior change for students. Basically
Learning has an idea similar to teaching, though has a different connotation. In the context of
education, teachers teach so that students can learn and master the subject content to achieve
a specified objective something (cognitive), also can affect change in attitude (affective
aspects), as well as skills (psychomotor aspects) someone learners. Teaching gives the
impression just as the work of one party, namely the work of teachers alone. While learning
also implies the interaction between teachers and learners. In the learning can take place with
or without the presence of a teacher. In the process of learning are supporting components
that can encourage the achievement The main purpose of the learning process that is
characterized by a change in behavior. The learning process can occur either naturally or
artificially. Study abroad is a natural process usually occurs in umumya activities performed
by each person and is not planned learning activities.

CHAPTER II

B. Objectives
Efforts to improve the efficiency and quality of the learning process continues. Included
in this field courses such as Field Work Profession and Practice Field Experience into
concentration to be improved. To improve the efficiency and quality, implementation and

D. Significance
Students have the ability to assess the strengths and weaknesses of ourselves in
designing and implementing learning and take measures to correct deficiencies in
teaching students. And Students can take decisions and implement improvements
based on the principles of learning science that can be accounted for righteousness.
E. Duration
In the One Week for the meeting Of the teaching practice is divided into three stages,
namely the activities of guided practice, independent practice, and a final exam. During
guided practice, students get mentoring and clinical supervision.

F. Analysis of the Implementation of Teaching and Reflection


In this activity, students as prospective teachers supplied by a variety of knowledge,
especially the problem syllabus and lesson plan. The application in both the learning learning
model, methods and learning strategies are also included in the preparation of the lesson plan.
It is necessary that in the presentation of the students preferred learning more active later in
the lesson.
