Sauf disposition expresse, nos produits sont garantis contre tout vice de matire et/ou de main duvre pendant une dure de 24
mois compter de la date dachat par le premier utilisateur.
La garantie est prise en charge par FOURNALES SUSPENSION ou un revendeur agr, sous rserve que les amortisseurs soient neufs au
jour du dit achat. Facture exige. Aprs un SAV sous garantie, celle-ci nest pas prolonge.
Toutefois la garantie ne sera pas applicable sur tout produit sorti de lusine plus de trois ans avant la demande de prise en garantie.
Tous nos produits reconditionns par nos forfaits de SAV sont garantis 12 mois.
Pendant la priode de garantie, FOURNALES SUSPENSION rparera tout produit exclusivement aux conditions suivantes :
* le produit a t retourn lusine par le client ou le revendeur, toute marchandise retourne en port d sera systmatiquement refuse.
* le produit doit tre accompagn du justificatif dachat avec la date et le modle de vhicule.
* les amortisseurs nont t lobjet daucun dmontage, mme partiel.
* les produits nont pas t utiliss pour un usage diffrent de celui pour lequel ils ont t prvus ; les amortisseurs sont prvus pour un
vhicule bien dtermin et ils ne doivent pas avoir t mont sur un modle diffrent.
* le produit na pas t utilis pour un usage en comptition.
* le produit, de lavis de FOURNALES SUSPENSION, na pas t endommag par un accident, une mauvaise utilisation, un entretien ou
une modification non effectue par le fabricant.
* il est vivement conseill dutiliser la pompe haute pression FOURNALES correspondant lamortisseur pour rgler la duret du ressort
pneumatique.
WARRANTY POLICY / ENGLISH
Except in case of explicite clause, our products are insured against any faulty material and/or any faulty construction for 24
months from the day of purchase by the first user.
FOURNALES SUSPENSION or an approved retailer takes over the warranty in condition the shock absorbers are new at the day of
acquisition. Invoice required. Adter a repair service under warranty, the warranty is not extended.
Nevertheless the warranty will not be applied for a product out of the firm more than three years before the request of its application.
During the period of warranty FOURNALES SUSPENSION will repair any product exclusively under the following conditions :
* the customer or the retailer has sent the product back to the firm ; the company will automatically refuse any commodity sent back
carriage forward.
* the buying voucher must be joined to the product.
* the shock absorbers have not been removed, even partially.
* the products have not been used for an aim different from the one they were designed to; the shock absorbers are designed for a specified
vehicle and they must not be fixed on another model.
* the product has not been used in contest.
* According to FOURNALES SUSPENSION, an accident, a wrong use, a maintenance or a modification not carried out by the
manufacturer can not be the cause of any damage of the product.
* It is highly recommended to use the FOURNALES high pressure pump corresponding to the shock absorber.
GARANTIA / SPANISH
Salvo disposicion expresa, nuestros productos estan garantizados contra cualquier defecto de materia y/o de mano de obra
durante un periodo de 24 meses desde la fecha de compra del primer usuario.
La garantia corre a cargo de FOURNALES SUSPENSION o de otro vendedor asociado, siempre que los amortiguadores sean nuevos el dia
de la compra. Se exige factura. Despues de una garantia, esta no sea prolongada. De todas formas la garantia no sera aplicable a cualquier
producto salido de fabrica con mas de 3 anos antes de la demanda de toma de garantia.
Durante el periodo de garantia, FOURNALES SUSPENSION reparara cualquier producto exclusivamente en las condiciones siguientes
* el producto ha sido devuelto a la fabrica por el cliente o vendedor, cualquier mercancia devuelta en porte sera rechazada.
* el producto debe ir acompanado del comprobante de compra con la fecha y el modelo del vehiculo.
* Los amortiguadores no han sido objeto de ningun desmontaje, total o parcial.
* Los productos no han sido utilizados de forma diferente a su uso normal previsto, los amortiguadores estan previstos para un vehiculo
determinado y no deben haber sido montados en otro vehiculo diferente.
* No han sido utilizados en competicion.
* El product, segun FOURNALES SUSPENSION, no han sido danado por un accidente, una mala utilizacion, un mantenimiento o
modificacion no efectuada por el fabricante.
* Se aconsejara utilizar una bomba de alta presion FOURNALES correpondiente al amortiguador para ajustar la dureza del muelle
neumatico.
GARANTIE-BEDINUNGEN / GERMAN
Mit Ausnahme gesondert geregelter Flle sind unsere Produkte fr den Zeitraum von 24 Monaten nach Erstkauf mit einer Gewhrleistung
fr Material- oder Konstruktionsfehler belegt.
FOURNALES SUSPENSION oder ein entsprechend autorisierter Fachhndler bernimmt die Gewhrleistung unter der Vorrausetzung
dass der Stodmpfer zum Zeitpunkt des Kaufes neu war. Eine entsprechende Rechnung ist vorzulegen.
Ungeachtet dessen wird keine Garantie fr einen Artikel gewhrt dessen Lieferdatum vom Hersteller lnger als 3Jahre vor dem Datum der
Garantieanfrage zurck liegt.
FOURNALES SUSPENSION bernimmt Garantiereparaturen an seinen producten im Gewhrleistungszeitraum ausschlielich unter
folgenden Vorraussetzungen:
* Der Kunde oder Hndler hat das Produkt an den Hersteller zurck zu schicken. Unfreie Sendungen werden nicht angenommen.
* Der Garantieschein muss dem Anspruchsgegenstand beigefgt sein.
* Die Stodmpfer wurden nicht, auch nicht teilweise, zerlegt.
* Unsere Produkte wurden nicht fr einen von dem wofr sie entwickelt wurden abweichenden Einsatzzweck verwendet; die Stodmpfer
sind jeweils fr ein bestimmtes Fahrzeug ausgelegt, sie drfen nicht an anderen Fahrzeugen montiert werden.
* Bei Wettbewerbsnutzung erlischt die Gewhrleistung.
* Im Sinne von FOURNALES SUSPENSION darf weder Unfall noch missbruchliche(r) Gebrauch oder Wartung, noch eine nicht durch den
Hersteller durchgefhrte Vernderung die Ursache fr den Schaden an dem Produkt sein.
* Es ist unbedingt empfehlenswert die FOURNALES Dmpferpumpe, die fr den jeweiligen Stodmpfer erhltlich ist, zu verwenden.
