JOB PURPOSE

Provide expert technical assistance in a challenging and dynamic environment supporting team objectives
to measure and document network elements and performance to improve Quality of Service. QoS comply
with departmental and corporate internal controls and all internal controls processes. Perform functions
related to personnel and works directly with customers during times of relative crisis. Must be willing to do
light travel if necessary.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

KPIS

Design, develop and audit KPIs for all nodes in PM systems on quarterly basis
together with the concerned groups in networks organization to reach the KPI
targets.

Efficient and

Monthly evaluation & monitoring of the KPIs and variations in performance of


different departments.

Smooth
operation and

escalation

Perform network audit independently and give recommendations for corrections


and improvement.

established whereby quality is reliably measured, recorded, shared and
improved continually.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications/ Knowledge: Bachelor in Engineering (Telecommunication, Electronics, Electrical) or
equivalent degree. Masters in Engineering Management would be preferred.
Trainings: GSM architecture, Databases, QoS and general network & operations trends, latest
technologies updates
Skills - Generic: Highly motivated individual, good team leader & player, Strong Communication &
Interpersonal Skills and can ensure all tasks given by the management must met within timelines.
Skills- Job Specific:, In depth knowledge of all network resources and their characteristics for the
applicable work areas, Access, Radio or service networks. Excellent knowledge of the network resource
topology configuration characteristics and capabilities for the applicable work areas Access, Radio or
service networks. Analytical & Troubleshooting Skills, RF Basic Concepts
Experience:
4-6 years of telecom industry experience with 3 years of NOC and relevant QoS experience.
Excellent knowledge of overall GSM network configuration and performance parameters
