2014-15 Dated 06.05.2014 stands withdrawn. Afresh notification is
hereby issued, inviting applications from the eligible candidates, for the

AGE, QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE :

For Post 1 :

(a) Age: Not more than 35 years.

(b) A Degree from a Recognized University. Must be an
Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries in
India. A Degree in Law will be preferred.
(c) Minimum 5 years of experience as a Company
Secretary in a reputed Organization is a must.

For Post 2 :

(a) Age: (i) Minimum age 23 years, Maximum age not

more than 45 years. (ii) Should not be more than 59

years for Backlog Post, as per the Government Addendum

dated 14.03.2012.
(b) A Degree in Mining Engineering from a recognized
University with First Class Mine Managers Certificate of
Competency (R or UR) granted under MMR 1961.
(c) Not less than 5 years of practical experience in the field
of Mining Engineering / Mine Management and
Administration in a reputed Mining concern.
For Post 3 :

(a) Age: (i) Minimum age 23 years, Maximum age not

more than 35 years, 38 years for SC / ST Candidates. (ii)
For Backlog post maximum age 40 years as per
Government Notification dated 21.11.2001.
(b) A Degree in Mining Engineering from a recognized
University Or a Diploma in Mining Engineering with Second
Class Mine Managers Certificate of Competency (R or UR)
granted under MMR 1961.
(c) Degree candidates must have three years of
experience and Diploma Candidates must have five years
of experience in a reputed Mining concern.

For Post 4 :

(a) Age: Minimum 23 years and maximum 40 years as per

Government Notification dated 21.11.2001.
(b) A Diploma in Mining and Mine Surveying or Civil
Engineering
with
Mine
Surveyors
Certificate
of
Competency (R or UR) granted under MMR 1961.

For Post 5 :

(a) Age: Minimum 18 years, Maximum age not more than

35 years, 38 years for SC / ST Candidates.
(b) A Masters Degree in Analytical / Inorganic Chemistry
from a Recognized University Or A Degree in Chemistry
with Diploma in Chemical Engineering from a Recognized
University / Institution.

GENERAL :
1)

In addition to the salary which is inclusive of DA, HRA, CCA (wherever

applicable as per the Companys Rules), Provident Fund, Leave,
Gratuity, Medical and other benefits are also admissible as per the
Companys Rules.

Candidates already in service should apply through proper channel.

3)

Candidates should be able to read, write and speak in Kannada.

4)

Candidates applying for Reserved Post for Backlog & Hyderabad

Karnataka Region should clearly mention on the application form and
on the cover as Backlog Post / Hyderabad Karnataka Region.
The earlier Notification No.MML/PER/130/APPOINTMENT/2014-15 dated
06.05.2014 is withdrawn. Therefore, the candidates who have already
applied are required to apply afresh for this Notification.

The prescribed Application Form can be downloaded from the Companys

website www.mml.kar.nic.in on or before 05.02.2015.
The application fee fixed is Rs.50/- for SC/ST candidates and Rs.100/for others. The fee should be accompanied with the Application Form in
the form of D.D / Bankers Cheque drawn in favour of Mysore Minerals
Limited, Bangalore.
Duly filled in application in the prescribed format together with attested
copies of the certificates / testimonials should reach this office, by hand
or by post, on or before 5.00 PM on 05.03.2015.
