The 2015 Hello Tomorrow Global Challenge takes science &


tech innovations to the next level
THE HAGUE, 6 FEB 2015
The Hello Tomorrow Challenge dedicated to innovative technologies will select and
highlight the 30 most exciting innovations & tech projects from all over the world that will
impact our societies in 6 areas Food & Agriculture, Transport & Mobility, Materials
& Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy & Environment, and Information
Technologies.
After a successful first European edition in 2014, the 2015 Hello Tomorrow Global
Challenge is expected to attract even more students, researchers and entrepreneurs,
thanks the 175,000 in cash awards without any equity taken. This year edition, running
from February through June, will also provide the 30 selected startups with mentorship,
access to funding, and worldwide media attention.
We are extremely pleased to renew the Challenge, on a global scale this time. We are
convinced that we can boost the positive impact that innovators from all around the
world have on society, by accelerating their projects with financial support and personal
mentoring.

Main eligibility requirements for entrants are:
- Projects (products or services) must be based on an innovative technology
- Organization under 2 years old
- Less than 250,000 in raised capital (if incorporated)
For an optimal sourcing of the best projects, local Challenge events are organized by
Hello Tomorrow Ambassadors in 40 cities around the world, from Los Angeles to
Bangalore and from Lima to Rome.
On the 13th of February, the Hello Tomorrow Challenge will be highlighted in the
Netherlands with a Challenge Kick Off Event in SPACES The Hague. During the event,
Dutch top investors, scientists and entrepreneurs will talk about how to surpass the
barriers to innovation. Everyone is welcome to learn more about Hello Tomorrow and
enjoy an inspiring evening with talks on Microbial Factories, Drones, Solar Energy and

The Grand Finale will be held during the 2015 Hello Tomorrow Conference on June 25th
and 26th at the Cit des Sciences & de lIndustrie, in Paris. During the event, all 30
selected semi-finalists will compete for 5 track prizes of 15,000 and the 100,000
Orange Grand Prize by pitching their project to a 2,000-strong audience including a
selected jury panel of international experts.
