Sellers to general approval. Cutthroat Kitchen nominates Andrew
Gau, followed by comments that he already quit the league once.

in the meeting.
d. Proposed Rule Changes
i. Divisions and Schedule
1. Should divisions be used? Productive discussion results in
approval. YES.
2. Should division winners get playoff byes? Motion to switch item
2 with item 3. Motion passes. Later, HOW BOUT DAT?! defends
proposal but motion fails with four votes. NO.
3. Should schedule be even, with two repeat division foes?
Productive discussion leads to agreement that power schedule
proposed in Constitution is good, resulting in approval. YES.
4. How should divisions be laid out and named? The Fear Boners
proposes a motion to award a prize for winning a division.
Motion does not go to vote after discussion. Discussion
follows regarding keeping present division names and
structure, leading to approval. KEEP THE SAME.
ii. Trade Vetoes
1. Can you veto your own trade? Noted that this item is only on the
agenda because of Mr. McGibblets. Unanimous vote against
veto. NO.
2. How will vetoes be recorded? Commissioner notes that the
proposal to submit written vetoes to the Commissioner will
allow the number of required vetoes to be modified, leading
to approval. Second Floor Shits raises concern of whether or
not the Commissioner will be fair. All quell the teams fears.
WRITE-IN TO COMMISSIONER.
3. How many vetoes are required to block a trade? Current
Constitutional proposal advocates for five vetoes, which is
half of non-included owners. HOW BOUT DAT?! proposes

on seven vetoes and nets three votes. Final vote taken on six
vetoes and passes. SIX VETOES.
iii. Keepers
1. Should there be two or three keepers? Second Floor Shits
advocates for three, but ownership supports maintaining two
and motion passes. TWO.
2. Will keepers escalate in value after the first kept season? Several
owners ask for clarification on proposed rule and all agree
after Commissioner provides clarification, leading to
unanimous approval. YES.
a. Does this apply for midseason acquisitions? Same as
above. NO.
b. Does this apply for players on injured reserve? Same as
above. Deacon Blues proposes that players placed on
the Commissioners Exempt List should also be
included. Proposal meets ridicule as owners cite Deacon
Blues supports child-beater and team member Adrian
Peterson. Noted that some ownership starting to lose
interest in the meeting. NO, DEPENDING ON LIMIT.
3. Does a player maintain value if hes taken in a higher round?
Clarification provided by Commissioner that players will
maintain value despite possibility of teams having to use
higher picks if they lack corresponding draft pick. HOW BOUT
DAT?! used as an example because of many missing high
picks. All support, leading to approval. YES.
iv. Roster Locks
1. Should team rosters be locked after the team is eliminated?
Quickly shot down by all. YES.
2. Should offseason trades be allowed? Rather long discussion
follows. Cutthroat Kitchen proposes that league office should
be closed until prior to keeper deadline. Calle Ochocinco refers
to fantasy basketball league, which allows draft-day trades as
the first opportunity for trades. Ownership debates issue. Mr.
McGibblets appears convinced that teams would be happy to
only trade draft picks with one another, leading to ridicule.
Question raised as to which players will be allowed to be
traded. Consensus is that keepers and draft picks will be on
the table for draft-day trades. Motion made to vote for draftday trades as proposed and passes. DRAFT-DAY TRADES
ONLY.
v. Scoring Changes

PAGE 3

BOBCATS4EVER FANTASY FOOTBALL LEAGUE 2015 OWNERS MEETING AGENDA

1. How many points should be awarded for points allowed? Some

owners opine that current system makes team defenses too
much of boom-or-bust with 20 points for a shutout. Team
Spillzzzzzzz provides rationale that shutouts are rare and
should be rewarded as such. Cutthroat Kitchen proposes a 108-6-4-2-0 system. Fear Boners propose using Yahoo!s default
setting of 10-7-4-1-(-1)-(-4). Debate proceeds and six owners
vote to keep current system, resulting in approval. KEEP
CURRENT SYSTEM.
2. Should missed field goals of 0-39 yards be worth -2 points?
Cutthroat Kitchen proposes that all missed field goals should
be worth -1 point. Other owners question the proposal, citing
a missed 50-yard field goal as not being worth negative
points. Original question proposed, sent to vote and fails. NO.
3. Any other proposals of scoring changes? Brief discussion
involving passing touchdowns and interceptions. Noted that
Yahoo! standard scoring is four points per touchdowns and -1
for interceptions. Second Floor Shits notes that leagues
system may inflate quarterbacks slightly but its OK. All
owners agree that current system is good and no vote is taken.
vi. Penalties
1. Should there be any penalties assessed to Mr. Eisenberg, Mr.
Neslin or Mr. Palatini for alleged tampering/collusion during the
2014 season? HOW BOUT DAT?! jumps to defense of the
franchise, claiming that a fair trade was struck on the
franchises part and Mr. McGibblets was underhanded. Second
Floor Shits claims the franchise was approached by Mr.
McGibblets after Mr. McGibblets already had accepted a trade
with HOW BOUT DAT?! Mr. McGibblets essentially provides no
defense. Individual votes taken on penalties for each owner.
Owners vote to penalize only Mr. McGibblets. Discussion
follows as to what penalty should be. Deacon Blues proposes a
loss of a second-round draft pick. Cutthroat Kitchen proposes
moving Mr. McGibblets to the back of each round.
Commissioner proposes a loss of a sixth-round draft pick,
citing keeper basement. Calle Ochocinco realizes Mr.
McGibblets has picks loaded in the front of the draft and
proposes a loss of Mr. McGibblets sixth draft pick. Ownership
lends support to last option, leading to approval. Ownership
concludes that penalty will be assessed by forcing Mr.
McGibblets to choose a backup kicker, Tim Tebow or an
equivalent. LOSS OF SIXTH DRAFT PICK FOR MR. MCGIBBLETS.
