owners ask for clarification on proposed rule and all agree
after Commissioner provides clarification, leading to
unanimous approval. YES.
a. Does this apply for midseason acquisitions? Same as
above. NO.
b. Does this apply for players on injured reserve? Same as
above. Deacon Blues proposes that players placed on
the Commissioners Exempt List should also be
included. Proposal meets ridicule as owners cite Deacon
Blues supports child-beater and team member Adrian
Peterson. Noted that some ownership starting to lose
interest in the meeting. NO, DEPENDING ON LIMIT.
3. Does a player maintain value if hes taken in a higher round?
Clarification provided by Commissioner that players will
maintain value despite possibility of teams having to use
higher picks if they lack corresponding draft pick. HOW BOUT
DAT?! used as an example because of many missing high
picks. All support, leading to approval. YES.
iv. Roster Locks
1. Should team rosters be locked after the team is eliminated?
Quickly shot down by all. YES.
2. Should offseason trades be allowed? Rather long discussion
follows. Cutthroat Kitchen proposes that league office should
be closed until prior to keeper deadline. Calle Ochocinco refers
to fantasy basketball league, which allows draft-day trades as
the first opportunity for trades. Ownership debates issue. Mr.
McGibblets appears convinced that teams would be happy to
only trade draft picks with one another, leading to ridicule.
Question raised as to which players will be allowed to be
traded. Consensus is that keepers and draft picks will be on
the table for draft-day trades. Motion made to vote for draftday trades as proposed and passes. DRAFT-DAY TRADES

vii. Dues
1. Should league dues increase from $20 to $50? Ownership
supports doubling league dues to $40 and motion passes. $40
LEAGUE DUES.
viii. Open Comments for Other Rule Changes Voting for new ownership
placed here after earlier tabling. Commissioner declares owners
eligible to vote for up to three choices. Andrew Gau receives three
votes. Jon Alba receives two votes. Ted Sellers receives unanimous
support. Commissioner declares Ted Sellers to be the new invitee.
Discussion prompted on whether the league must rename the
Normal Division to suit a potential new handicapped owner. Motion
does not go to vote. League settles upon backup option as Team
Spillzzzzz roommate Frank after Frank assures ownership he would
be a fit in the Normal Division by responding, Yeah, Im normal.
TED SELLERS TO BE INVITED.
e. Ratification of Constitution
i. Revisions to Constitution to Reflect Rule-Change Votes Owners agree to
apply above changes.
ii. Voting Upon Proposed Constitutional Changes Unnecessary.
iii. Should the Bobcats4Ever Fantasy Football League Constitution be
ratified, reflecting any changes approved at this meeting? Unanimous
support. CONSTITUTION RATIFIED.
f. Other New Business Fear Boners announces that it will drop its numerical
moniker and revert to base name of Fear Boners starting next season. Much
fanfare greets announcement.
