RECRUITMENT FOR MTS

Applications are invited from candidates who are 10th pass (or an equivalent examination) from a
recognized Board, for the post of 24 Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) (UR-8, ST-2, OBC-14) through
prescribed application format available in website: wwwnitttrkol.ac.in on or before 28-02-2015.
Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18 to 27 years as on 01-03-2015. Age relaxation is
applicable as per rules.
Application fee: Applicants are required to pay the fee in the form of bank draft from State Bank
of India for Rs.200/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ST candidates) drawn in favour of DIRECTOR, NITTTR
KOLKATA payable at Kolkata.
Selection will be on the basis of written test and / or interview. No TA/ DA will be paid for
appearing in the written test / interview.

Essential Qualification:
Passed at least School Final or its equivalent examination.
Desirable Qualification :
Knowledge in Computer operation, Computer Office Application and typing in
English/Hindi
Age Limit [ as on 01-03-2015] from 18 years to 27 years.
Relaxation with regard to upper age limit is as per Government of India rules. Upper age
limit may be relaxed for deserving candidates with merits at the discretion of the
authority.

No correspondence will be entertained from the applicant either before or after the
selection. The decision of the Institute would be final.

5.

NITTTR-K reserves the right to either fill up all the posts, or some of the posts or none
of them without assigning any reason.

6.

The Institute at its discretion may conduct written test / interview for the above posts to
select the candidates on the basis of merit. The decision of the authority of NITTTR-K
shall be final in this regard.

7.

Candidates called for the interview will not be entitled to any TA/DA.

8.

The prescribed minimum qualification does not entail applicants to be called for
interview. Incomplete applications will be rejected.

9.

Candidates employed in Govt./Semi-Govt./Govt. undertaking/Autonomous Bodies

should apply through proper channel and obtain a NOC from the employer for
furnishing at the time of interview.

10. Application received after the closing date i.e., 28-02-2015 will be rejected summarily.
The Institute will not be responsible for any postal delay.

The applications must be accompanied by the prescribed Application fee of Rs.200/(Rupees two hundred only) & Rs.100/- (Rupees one hundred only) which ever is
applicable for the post through Bank Draft from State Bank of India payable in favour of
