SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ObamaCare Repeal

5 Act.

SEC. 2. REPEAL OF THE PATIENT PROTECTION AND AF-

FORDABLE CARE ACT AND THE HEALTH

CARE AND EDUCATION RECONCILIATION ACT

OF 2010.

(a) PATIENT PROTECTION

AND

AFFORDABLE CARE

6 ACT.Effective on the date that is 180 days after the


7 date of enactment of this Act, the Patient Protection and
8 Affordable Care Act (Public Law 111148) is repealed
9 and the provisions of law amended or repealed by such
10 Act are restored or revived as if such Act had not been
11 enacted.

15 Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 (Public
16 Law 111152) is repealed and the provisions of law
17 amended or repealed by such Act are restored or revived
18 as if such Act had not been enacted.

SEC. 3. BUDGETARY EFFECTS OF THIS ACT.

The budgetary effects of this Act, for the purpose of

21 complying with the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go Act of 2010,


22 shall be determined by reference to the latest statement
23 titled Budgetary Effects of PAYGO Legislation for this
24 Act, submitted for printing in the Congressional Record
25 by the Chairman of the Committee on the Budget of the

1 House of Representatives, as long as such statement has
2 been submitted prior to the vote on passage of this Act.
