Concept
You can use the Update Collection Import page to view, update, delete, and resubmit records
(rows) that have failed validation and that remain in the Collection Import Interface Table
(QA_RESULTS_ INTERFACE).
You also can view contact information and error messages associated with failed records. Error
messages assist you in updating failed records prior to resubmission.
In this topic, you will update collection import records.

Step Action
1. Begin by navigating to the Update Collection Import page.

2. Click the Manufacturing and Distribution Manager link.

3. Click the vertical scrollbar.

4. Click the Update Collection Import link.
Step Action
5. Use the Organizations page to select the appropriate organization.

6. Click the M1 list item.

7. Click the OK button.

8. Use the Update Collection Import page to search for the collection plan for
which you want to update import records.

9. Click in the Plan field.

10. Enter the desired information into the Plan field. Enter "INDUSTRIAL
DRESSLER QUALITY".

11. Click the Find Plan button.

12. Select Show Contact to display contact information for any record.

14. Select Show Errors to view error details for a failed record.

16. Select Resubmit 1 to update failed collection import records.

18. Note that when you resubmit and save your work, marked records are
resubmitted and their process status changes to 1 (Pending).
These records are reprocessed and revalidated the next time the Collection
Import Manager polls the Collection Import Interface Table.
