This document is to illustrate the features and how to use an Excel Macro Daily
Dashboard Generator Version 1.4.2.
This macro is designed for generating Swap daily dashboard for OCI project.

Features

Very high performance to plot and export the below graphs for each swapped site:
CSSR / CSR
Call drop
PS - QoS
RMS-LEV
RMS-TA
Calculating and generating Swap Process sheet which contains:
List of swapped Sites.
List of remaining sites.
Number of total sites
Number of swapped sites.
Number of remaining sites.
Progress of swap %
Exporting the generated sheets to PDF format or excel work book.
Can be customized for other projects by changing the logos, adding/removing texts and
changing colours in Template sheets.

How to use

1) Fill the design sheet with the following inputs.

Site Name
SWAP DATE
STATUS of SWAP (YES, NO)
Cluster Name
Please make sure that the sorting of contents (Site Name) should be like in NPO Data in Input (NPO
Data).

2) Fill Input NPO Data Sheet with:

Site/Cell Name
Indicators (Must be in the same order)
Call Drop BSS.
Call Drop Rate.
Call Drop R+H.
Call Setup Success rate.
Call Setup success rate Orange Formula.
GPRS TBF drop Rate.
GPRS TBF Success Rate.
RMS Timing advance Sample total.
RMS Downlink RXLEV average.
RMS Timing advance average.

3) Press start button from the main sheet to start the macro.

4) After finishing running the macro press export:

For exporting PDF press on Export PDF button.
For exporting Excel file press on Export XLS button.

Activating Daily dashboard Macro

Send MAC address from the main sheet as shown below to hany.yousry@alcatellucent.com
Put the received serial number in the S/N field then save the document.

Whats next?
This version has been done for a specific project and purpose which was generating a daily swap
dashboard to be delivered to the customer. So more customised reports/features will be added for
all purposes in next coming versions.
