ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist BLGD in the implementation of the
Performance Challenge Fund (PCF)for Local
Government
Units
Project, and related
activities;
Provision of technical and administrative
assistance to the project team during
conduct of various meetings/workshops
related to the implementation of PCF
Project;
Preparation of communications to local
government units, DILG regional offices,
Central Office Bureaus/Services, national
government agencies and development
partners on the conduct of activities
attached to the projects with the
guidance of the project team;
Preparation of reports related to the
project
to
Central
management,
Department
of
Budget
and
Management, other offices and official
partners of the DILG with the guidance of
the project team;
Coordination
and
linkages
with
organizational
units
within
the
Department and other agencies and
institutions;
Documentation
of
minutes of the
conduct various meetings/workshops
related to the implementation of PCF
Project;
Attend
meetings
related to the
implementation of PCF with the project
team;
Assist the Web Content Manager in
managing the PCF Website

Perform such other duties as maybe assigned

from time to time, related to the project.

e) Preparation of the monitoring report on

the implementation of PCF project;
Perform such other duties as maybe assigned
from time to time, related to the project.

portals allowing users to input and
retrieve accurate information
Preparation of PCF Web page and
keep PCF webpage and computer
programs operating properly.
Provision of support and performing
maintenance tasks such as repairing
bugs and errors

Duration of Work : Four (4) months (March to June 2012) with the possibility of renewal for
the next six (6) months
Salary:

Project Management Officer P14,000.00/month;

P14,000.00/month; Web Programmer P25,000.00/month
