A web based solution. It is the module of customer relation


management system in which we handle only admin ,staff and
customer details and works .This project work when all complaints in
database after that its work start . It will make it easier to check
complains, direct contact via phone call and skype software, check
new service and packages and their rates etc.

Executive Summary
CRM will allow the customers of ISP to register their complaints and
contact the administrative personals regarding their problems, also they can
have the information about new services and packages allowing them to
choose and switch their services. On the other hand the product will allow
the administrative personal to regulate the complaints and perform actions
accordingly as well as to keep record of their customers about their services
and packages they are using.

Statement of Problem
A considerable amount of customer cannot see their complaints details it is
on process and other issue about the complaints.
Customers did not know about the promotions and services and their
charges.
Customers did not check their billing Reports.
Customers did not change their packages and service they call help line
numbers and change their packages and services.

Objectives
My web based solution will be helpful for Customers. It will Covers all the
problems mentioned above. It will reduce the time to make calls at help lines
number and register their complaint every customer have their own id and
password .It will manage all the problems facing according to the
administration like complaint status and which staff member work on
complains.

It can see all details of complaint and status of complaint it is in
Process, Under -Process and it resolve.
Assign ticket to proper staff member by administrative person
It shows all kid of complaint description.
Complaints ID, Status, and ticket time when it is done.
Assign complaint to staff by using their Email, Complaint ID and give
Time to fix complaint.

Login
Edit profile of staff.
Edit all previous packages and price of packages.
Add new packages and price of packages.
Edit all previous services and charges of services.
Add new services and charges of services.
Staff can see all list of customers and their bill details like customer
using which services and package bill and total bill amount all kind of
things staff can see it easily.
Staff also can see all complaints details which is assign by the admins
and after resolving problem they can change the complaint status.
