In the printing process, the paper will be pass printing the latter stages to f
inish a print:
1. After receiving a print command, the printer will be feeds paper from the pa
per feeder tray as required.
2. Then, the paper passes the paper feed sensor.
3. When passed the paper feed sensor, the paper will be passed the toner cartri
dge, fuser unit, and then moves to paper exit sensor.
4. The paper then passes through the paper exit sensor and go out of the printe
r, complete the printing process.

Cause of error

Jam 0?:

- Paper feeds ware wrinkled

- Paper feeds too thick or too thin.
- Pick-up roller on the paper input tray has worn, torn or dirty.

- The solenoid does not work properly.

1. Open the toner cartridge cover.
2. Remove the toner cartridge out of printer.
3. Remove paper jam inside printer. May be jam is not paper, it can be foreign
