REGISTRATION
Student registration fee is $10.00. Registration form needs to be filled out & returned with
payment.
You can either: 1. Return to your Daycare. 2. Mail to 8745 W Cadmium Cove Magna, UT 84044
3. Pay through PayPal (link at www.justdancestudio.blogspot.com) and email Registration Form
to www.jdsonthego@gmail.com.

45 min class, once a week.

SESSIONS
July to November, January to May
TUITION
$30.00 per dancer paid monthly.
TUITION IS DUE THE FIRST CLASS OF EVERY MONTH!!!

Tuition is non-refundable. Tuition is based per session. Monthly fee remains the same
regardless of the number of classes in any given month. Most months have 4 classes,
sometimes there will be 5. There are no refunds given for missed classes, due to bad weather
or other student absences.
If the payment is received after the 15th of each month, there will be a $5.00 late charge.
The late fee will not be waived. You are responsible for making your payments on time
regardless if your child is absent, sick, on vacation or if studio is closed for holiday.
Accounts 60 days delinquent will be charged a $25.00 delinquent fee in addition to any other
accumulated late fees. Dancers will not be allowed to participate in class if your account is more
than 60 days past due. All delinquent accounts will be turned over to a collection agency.

CLASS CANCELATIONS or DROPPING CLASS

If a class is canceled on Just Dance on the Gos or the Daycares behalf, the class will be
rescheduled. This will be discussed with the Daycare and set at a time that works for their
schedule. If for some reason you need or want to drop the class, please email us as well as
let Miss Rachyl know!!!
DANCE ATTIRE
Dancers may wear dance clothes and shoes to class however not required.
COSTUMES
$20.00 rental fee per session, due September 1st and February 1st. Girl dancers are required to
wear black ballet shoes and tan tights. Boy dancers are required to wear black sneakers.
Ballet shoes, tights and dance attire are available to purchase through Just Dance on the Go.
RECITALS
$10 Recital Fee Due September 1st & February 1st
Each session will have a recital. One in November and one in May. Recitals will be held at Just
Dance Studio 8087 W 3500 S Magna Utah 84044. Admission to the show is FREE!

E-Mail
Just Dance on the Go e-mails all paperwork! This reduces paper, misplaced items and allows
parents to store all important documents on their computer. Email allows the staff at Just Dance
on the Go to keep you informed of important dates and new information. We do not sell or
distribute addresses.
If you are not receiving emails from us, please email us from the address you would like us to
use, include your dancers name and daycare!
Keeping Informed
Along with the emailed paperwork, we will be sending home some paper notes. Please check
our bulletin board located in your Daycare (if applicable).

Payment Instructions
You WILL NOT be receiving a monthly bill/statement from our office for your monthly tuition.
All payments are due on the first class of each month. A $5.00 late fee will be added after
the 15th. If at any time you would like a printed statement of your account or have any
questions, please contact Jessie (email or text 801-651-8872). We have included a
payment receipt record for your convenience. Please note your payments as you make
them for the school year. Monthly statements will be emailed for overdue balances
only.
Our students are in our database alphabetically by their last name. Many of our students
have different last names from parents and/or grandparents who are paying for dance
expenses. In order for us to properly credit your account, the following details will be
important for us to know each time you make a payment.
When making a payment by check, please include the following information in the memo of
your check.
1. Student(s) First & Last Name. (Very Important!!)
2. State what you are paying for:
Monthly Tuition (State the month)
Costume or Recital
3. Include Daycares Name.
For example:
Julie Smith Sept Tuition
Julie Smith - Costume
Julie/Amanda Smith - March/Costume Balance

Tuition & Payment Information

Tuition is non-refundable. Tuition is based on a 5-month session twice a year
(or approximately 20 weeks), and is broken down into 5 monthly payments per session
(July to November & January to May). The monthly fee remains the same regardless of
the number of classes in any given month. Most months have 4 classes, sometimes
there will be 5. There are no refunds given for missed classes, due to bad weather or
other student absences.
Tuition is due on the first class of each month. We accept cash or checks. You may also
pay with PayPal through our blog spot at www.justdancestudio.blogspot.com.
If for any reason you decide to discontinue your classes, you are not obligated to pay for
the balance of the season, just your current balance at the time.
We have a very fair policy regarding our payment for tuition and subsequent assessment
of late fees. Payments are due on the first class of each month. There is no late fee
assessed until after the 15th of the month. Any account unpaid after the15th of the
month will have a $5 late charge assessed. Payments may be made at the Day Care or
by mail. No credit is given for student absences or canceled classes due to weather. If
you make a payment late, please include your late fee or you will be billed. If you make
your payments by mail, be certain to allow adequate time for mail delivery. Thank you for
your co-operation.

Returned check fee is $25.00
Any student with an overdue balance of more than 60 days will not be allowed into class
until payment in full is received. Overdue balances must be paid by cash, money order,
or bank check.

The quality of our facility and faculty depends upon a system of mutual respect and
cooperation. We understand that anyone may make a late payment from time to time,
but please be respectful of our late fee policy and when applicable, graciously include
your late fee in your next payment. Thank you.
