These tuition rates apply to all students accepted in to the professional-level of these programs only. NDSU
students must submit a separate application to these departments to change from pre- to professional level.

This estimate assumes the single student is sharing the living accommodations with another student.

All students are required to purchase the mandatory state health insurance policy. This fee is charged
at the beginning of each academic year and coverage is for one calendar year.

Tuition is estimated for Fall and Spring terms and based on 12-18 credits per term. Estimated costs for
optional summer term (6 credits): tuition, fees, books, room, and board are $7,210.

Books and supplies are estimated for Fall and Spring terms. Estimates vary depending on the program.

These fees include: university activity fee, technology fee, library fee, career services, health/wellness fee,
Connect ND fee, and an immigration fee.

Additional fees: Business minor - $100/course, Dietetics - $600/year (DPD) or $1,500/year (DEP),
Education - $875 one-time initial program fee, HNES - $570/year, Interior Design - $500/year.

These are one-time fees for all new students. It comprises a $120 undergraduate fee and $75 international
orientation fee which support the Student Success Programs and International Student Services offices.

Additional costs for dependents: spouse - $7,000, first child - $2,000, and each additional child - $1,000.
