Experienced Coach
I have extensive experience coaching at all levels of the

Leaders and their staff. I have provided coaching to the
person sitting next to me or to people on the other side of
the world.

My doctoral research investigated the types of
communication in organisational change programs, with
a specific focus on organisations undergoing continuous

organisations undergoing continuous change initiatives.
