INTRODUCTION:
This programme is to enhance the level of English Language competency among pupils in writing or oral .
It is hoped that pupils will be
mastering English Language and at the same time helping them in facing the competents
in this challenging world.
RATIONALE

OBJECTIVES

A foundation for pupils to understand English better.

To change their mind setting that English is not a killer subject

To encourage pupils to involve in a well competitive activities.

To instil pupils interests in all the skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing)

A spelling competition comprises of years 3
6 students in three teams.
Spelling Bee
A chained spelling of words. The winner is
the last to stay.
Newscaster
A text is given to the pupils. They will read
the news according to their creativity.

A text is given to pupils to be memorized
within a given period.
Story Telling
A story is given to the pupils to be
memorized. Pupils tell the story in their own
creativity.
Public Speaking
A short text is given to pupils to be

A short rhyme is given to the pupils. Pupils
memorize them . Pupils in group of five
present their rhyme in their own creativity.
