Invitation(notmorethan90daysfromthedateofapplicationintheEmbassy)fromtheItalianCompanyindicatingthe
nameoftheapplicant,thepurposeandthedurationofstayinItaly.Furthermore,itshouldcontainadeclarationthat
the signatory guarantees the applicant and is aware of the penal responsibilities he assumes whenever the invitee
violatestheimmigrationlaw(Art.12,comma1ofDlgs286/98asamendedbyLaw189/02).Itshouldalsoindicatethe
expensestobeshoulderedwhentheapplicant(orhisemployer)doesnotguaranteethesaidexpenses.
The signature of the representative of the Italian company that made the invitation should be authenticated, or
accompaniedbyacopyofadocumentofidentityofthesignatory.

Theabovelistofrequirementsisgeneralinnature.TheEmbassyConsulmayrequireotheradditionaldocumentsuponevaluationofyour
fileandthedocumentsyouhavesubmitted.Failuretosubmittherequireddocumentsmayresulttotherefusalofyourapplication.
Onlyvisaapplicationswhoseintendeddateoftraveliswithinthree(3)monthsfromthetimeofapplicationwillbeaccepted.
