You will be notified by email once processing of your withdrawal request has been
completed and the funds have been transferred to you.
Please note: it may take additional time for your credit card or payment method
provider to post your withdrawal funds to your account.
Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar), Ltd. (the operator of 888.com), reserves the right to
delay and/or stop the processing of withdrawal requests until final approval has
been received for any outstanding deposit transactions.
There are no fees for any of our withdrawal services. In the event that we terminate
the offering of our business in your country, payouts will be subject to reasonable
processing charges.
We want our members to receive their winnings as soon as possible and will do our
utmost to keep the time frames stipulated above (please see our Withdrawal
Policy for further information). Please be aware however, that some withdrawal
methods are completed via third parties and delays beyond our control may occur,
in rare cases.
If your withdrawal has not been posted within the specified time limit (see chart
above), please contact us immediately and we will investigate.
Withdrawal requests may be cancelled and returned to your bankroll during the
three days (one day for Gold VIP members) following your withdrawal request. After
this time your withdrawal will be processed and may no longer be reversed.
To reverse a requested withdrawal, login to 888.com using your username and
password. Once in the lobby go to the Cashier and select "Withdrawal". You will see
a list of your withdrawal requests in the "Awaiting Process" box, complete with the
withdrawal's status indication. Select any unprocessed withdrawal request by
clicking on it. Then click on "Reverse Withdrawal". The withdrawal request will be
cancelled and the status will be changed to "Cancelled by User". The withdrawal
funds will be immediately returned to your 888.com bankroll.
Your withdrawal history can be viewed within the "History Log" application,
accessible from the Lobby. Here you will find a complete list of all your withdrawal
requests, both those that have been processed, as well as those that you have
cancelled.
NOTE: Withdrawals requested and subsequently cancelled during an event will not
qualify for that event as a deposit. Deposits must be wagered during the event in
order to qualify for that event.
