How to Withdraw

As part of our commitment to provide a truly superior service, 888.com makes


every effort to ensure that your withdrawal request is processed as quickly and
efficiently as possible.
To withdraw your winnings from your gaming account, please follow the steps
below:
1. Open the main lobby;
2. Log in by entering your username and password;
3. Click on the Cashier button.
4. Once in the Cashier, click on Withdrawal;
5. In the box provided, enter the amount that you wish to withdraw from your
account.
6. From the drop-down menu, please enter by which payment method you wish
to receive your Remaining Withdrawal Balance (please see 888.com
Withdrawal Policy) if any exists:
a. If you choose Wire Transfer, please enter/review/update your bank
details in the pop-up window and then click Submit.
b. If you choose Bank Draft, please enter/review/update your mailing
address in the pop-up window and then click Submit.
c. If you choose EntroPay card and you placed a deposit with an EntroPay
card issued through EntroPays website your funds will be returned to
your card.
d. If you choose EntroPay card and you placed a deposit with the help
of our Member Support team (by phone) you will be required to
contact the Member Support team to generate a claiming code for you.
EntroPay will then email you a link to their site which will guide you
through the steps to making your withdrawal. You will need your claim
code during this process in order to withdraw.
7. Click on the Submit Withdrawal Request button.

To review your withdrawal history, click on the Withdrawal Historybutton in


the Cashier.

You may also review your deposit and withdrawal history using the game
history feature.

Please note the following important information:


Withdrawals requested within the same 24 hour period, via the same payment
method, may be combined as one payment.
Occasionally, your authorization or some documentation, may be required to
process your withdrawal requests, and we may ask that you sign a list of your
previous deposits with us.

delay and/or stop the processing of withdrawal requests until final approval has
been received for any outstanding deposit transactions.

Bonuses may be withdrawn only after all Bonus Policy requirements have been

There are no fees for any of our withdrawal services. In the event that we terminate
the offering of our business in any specific country, payouts will be subject to
reasonable processing charges.

Withdrawal Payment Time Frames
Withdrawal requests are processed three business days from the date of request.
Gold VIP member (casino only) withdrawal requests are processed one business day
from the date of request. During this time you may cancel your withdrawal request
from within the Cashier, and return it to your bankroll. This will allow you to play for
real money without making a new deposit to your 888.com account. After three
business days (one business day for casino Gold VIP members), the status of your
withdrawal request will change to "processed" and you will no longer be able to
cancel it.

You will be notified by email once processing of your withdrawal request has been
completed and the funds have been transferred to you.

We want our members to receive their winnings as soon as possible and will do our
utmost to keep the time frames stipulated above (please see our Withdrawal
Policy for further information). Please be aware however, that some withdrawal
methods are completed via third parties and delays beyond our control may occur,
in rare cases.
If your withdrawal has not been posted within the specified time limit (see chart
above), please contact us immediately and we will investigate.

Withdrawal requests may be cancelled and returned to your bankroll during the
three days (one day for Gold VIP members) following your withdrawal request. After
this time your withdrawal will be processed and may no longer be reversed.
To reverse a requested withdrawal, login to 888.com using your username and
password. Once in the lobby go to the Cashier and select "Withdrawal". You will see
a list of your withdrawal requests in the "Awaiting Process" box, complete with the
withdrawal's status indication. Select any unprocessed withdrawal request by
clicking on it. Then click on "Reverse Withdrawal". The withdrawal request will be
cancelled and the status will be changed to "Cancelled by User". The withdrawal
funds will be immediately returned to your 888.com bankroll.
Your withdrawal history can be viewed within the "History Log" application,
accessible from the Lobby. Here you will find a complete list of all your withdrawal
requests, both those that have been processed, as well as those that you have
cancelled.
NOTE: Withdrawals requested and subsequently cancelled during an event will not
qualify for that event as a deposit. Deposits must be wagered during the event in
order to qualify for that event.

How do I send these documents?

You can upload these documents directly through the cashier in your account by
following these simple instructions:

Switch to Verify Id tab and follow the step by step instructions
