MODULE 4: ON-THE-JOB TRAINING (250 HOURS)
The 250-hour On-the-Job Training program is designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of the trainee through actual experience in the workplace. It also enables the trainee to acquire specific competencies that are directly related to the course. The trainee may fulfill this through his/her chosen local company or may choose among PSTC tie-up companies. This also enables an opportunity to get a job referral for the trainee.
