- the fluctuating dollar rate
- importation of 100% of raw materials

The strategic plan was not implemented properly

- business expansion
- come up with media
- clear vision and mission
- give some promos and discounts
- hire consulting company to get some business advice
V. ALTERNATIVES:
- seek for less expensive raw materials
- get some investors or partnership
- sell their machineries acquired from Germany
- Give up the company
- lower the price of their products
