To identify various factors which influence he consumer buying behaviour


towards PepsiCo products.
To examine the customer satisfaction level.
To identify various factors causing customer satisfaction.
To analyse the quality rating of customers towards different PespsiCo
products.
To analyse the customer needs and expectations towards PepsiCo.

SCOPE OF STUDY
The area of scope is limited to the segment selected within Bangalore. Further, the
scope is narrowed down only to the study of the identified segments. The result
drawn from this study is expected to benefit the deals and the company and
provide useful guideline. The study helps the company to judge the quality and
modification needed by customers. This study will help about the customer's
opinion towards best soft drink in the market.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM


The main statement of the problem is to know how much the PepsiCo customers
are satisfied while they have PepsiCo products.
Customer satisfaction plays a crucial role in enabling an organisation to change and
develop with its customers. Keeping the existing customer contended is generally
much easier takes less time and involves less expense.
The reason for this is that it takes less time to find new prospective customer. In
this context the study is conducted with special reference to customer satisfaction.
Hence the project is design to analyse the satisfaction level of PepsiCo products.
