h.Leadership trained,
i.Well Control (IADC or IWCF),
j.Preferred: Lifting Gear Inspector or Assessor,
k.Plus the normal HSE training.
4.Fluent in English (Reading, Writing & Speaking)
5.Computer skills (Excel, Work, Power Point),
6.Good Presenting Skills.
