Yesterday, having spent ~6 hours [off-and-on, in the a.m.

] watching how Cable-News [including alJazeera] handled France, its possible to conclude that multiple observations are c/w prior predictions
[such as the effort to flip the discussion away from Jihad by lefties]; others carry longitudinal-import
regarding how to process input from all sources [including FNC, which wasnt as stellar as has
customarily been the case].
As has been the pattern, the hyperlinks are loosely-categorized prior to proving a few
key-concepts; Islamism is updated thereafter, noting this Ad from the Gatestone
Institute [which sports John Bolton as a major-leader] that includes Sherkoh Abbas
[Chairman of the Kurdistan National Assembly of Syria, with whom a half-dozen op-eds
have been co-authored] and that Nearly Two Dozen Kurdish Fighters were Killed In 24
Hours, Fighting the Islamic State. Also, a probe into the mindset of the Islamic State
explains why the Islamic State is increasingly Popular Across the Middle East [noting
that, in Iraq, churches are being converted into torture chambers]; then, Sherkoh Abbas
discusses Kurdish resistance against the Islamic State, their fight for a national
homeland, and a unique appreciation of the Jewish State of Israel. {Note that Hundreds
of Yazidis Found in Mass Grave Near Mosul, with the Islamic State Suspected.}
Overview
First, regarding the We are Charlie initiative, 'We vomit' on Charlie's sudden friends, said staff
cartoonist, in the absence of the courage to reprint the cartoons [and pablum c/o the NY-Times
Nicholas Kristof]; efforts by lefties such as Joan Walsh [MSNBC-panel] to express fealty without doing so
were countered by a rep of the National Review.
NYT Public Editor Margaret Sullivan vetoed Publication of Charlie Hebdo Cartoons
[despite their newsworthiness and out of a sense of solidarity with the slain journalists
and the right of free expression] because of [1]concern about staff safety, and [2]
the sensibilities of Times readers, especially its Muslim readers. To many of them,
depictions of the prophet Muhammad are sacrilegious; there is a line between
gratuitous insult and satire. Most of these are gratuitous insult." {Of course, publication
of any that were NOT gratuitous insult could have been reprinted.}
Second, regarding the hunt for the Wife of Kosher supermarket killer [who had evolved From being a
Quiet Cashier to becoming a Burka Wearing Extremist], it seems she Was In Syria At Time Of Attack [per
records of her having flown to Turkey on 1/2/2015]; she had been on a double-wanted poster after her
husband had killed the [Muslim] policewoman a day before the market-raid and, thus, couldnt be
apprehended thereafter.
Had her escape not been noted, it would have been intriguing to note whether France
truly would Seek to Reclaim 'No-Go' Zones [to search for her, particularly within the
eight Parisian neighborhoods]; indeed European 'No-Go' Zones for Non-Muslims
Proliferating. These No-Go Islamic Zones reflect Western Self-Denial.
Third, CNN/MSNBC were terrible; the exception is the work of Jake Tapper on CNN, who consistently
demonstrated the anti-Semitism in what transpired [recalling he graduated from Akiba Academy] were
problematic. FNC [dependable] and Al Jazeera [which is angry with Egypt for continuing to jail three
journalists for having "broadcast false news"] were OK; indeed, the latter uniquely reported that the

Iraqi army is planning to raid Mosul [proximate to Erbil, in the north], a plan that was confirmed [oralcommunication] by Sherkoh.
For example, CNNs Chris Cuomo Tried To Convince Viewers that the Attack On the
Kosher Market Was Not Anti-Semitic because Muslims shop at the market [for followers
of Halal can also eat kosher food]; CNNs Chris Cuomo also Described a French Islamist
as African American. And another Politically Correct posture was evinced by CNNs
Christiane Amanpour, wallowing in self-righteous political correctness, when she
referred to the perpetrators as activists.
Fourth, anti-Israel rhetoric was slipped-in by Arabs unchallenged, both by Melissa Harris-Perry [when a
lady referred to the 2000 Gazans who had been slaughtered by Israel] and by Bill Maher [who, after
lamenting the fact that Hundreds Of Millions Of Muslims Support The Paris Shooting, chose to equate
"Charlie Hebdo" murderers with "crazy settlers" [near the end of the second clip].
In this last clip, @ ~5-minutes, Paul Begala was stopped by Carly Fiorina from claiming
Americans have no role in this fight between Islamists and moderates, although no one
stopped Carly from [falsely] claiming @ the end that there had been a Golden-Age of
treatment by Arabs of Jews], as documented in the immediate-prior Blast e-mail].
Such anti-Semitism is not limited to the American media; the BBCs TimWillcox
responded to a French Jewish woman's fears by noting Palestinians "suffer hugely at
Jewish hands."
Fifth, More than a Million Marched in Paris and More Than 700,000 Marched Across France amidst
HUGE SECURITY promoting the theme that 'We can live together'; it was the Largest in French history,
perhaps because the lament was directed @ journalists rather than @ Jews.
When Netanyahu and Abbas were finally confirmed to attend, they both attended. Yet
France didnt want Netanyahu at Paris march, believing the Israeli leaders presence at
the rally would be divisive; Elysee Palace extended invite to Abbas after PM
announced he would join historic rally.
Netanyahu did not initially plan to attend the event, which was organized in a show of
solidarity and defiance after terrorist attacks in the French capital, which claimed 17
lives. However, the Prime Minister changed his mind after Foreign Minister Avigdor
Liberman and Economy Minister Naftali Bennett announced they would join the march,
Israels Channel 2 news reported.
In retaliation to Netanyahus sudden change of heart, which came in spite of the French
governments position, the Elysee Palace extended an invitation to Palestinian Authority
President Mahmoud Abbas, according to the report.
The French government reportedly further chose to highlight their invite to Abbas
rather than Netanyahus announcement regarding the event, announcing a planned
meeting between French President Francois Hollande and Abbas Saturday night.

On Sunday, Hollande and world leaders, including Netanyahu and Abbas, marched in the
mammoth procession, which began near where gunmen killed 12 people at satirical
magazine Charlie Hebdo last week.
Netanyahu was initially situated in a second row of leaders, but shimmied his way into
the front row, alongside Malian President Ibrahim Boubacar Keita, Hollande, German
Chancellor Angela Merkel, EU Council President Donald Tusk and Abbas.

Europe faces an evolving, ever-more complex terror threat no longer dominated by a few big players;
it's now an Internet-driven, generalized rage against Western society felt by radicalized Muslims that can
burst into the open at any time - with a slaughter in Paris, an attack on a Jewish Museum in Belgium, or
the slaying of a soldier in the streets of London.
Islamist Paris Massacre Provoked PC Fears of Comparable Christian Attacks
Islamism remains a global threat, as Christians Suffer Extreme Persecution in Countries
with Majority Muslim Populations; Christians are Burned Alive. Meanwhile, Boko Haram
Battles Nigerian Troops [Using a 10-Year-Old Girl as Suicide Bomber] and Up to 2000
Nigerian Civilians were Killed in a Three-Day Boko Haram Massacre. And, lest we forget
how BHO declared the end of the Afghan war, note that the TALIBAN REJECTED
OFFER OF AFGHAN GOVERNMENT POSTS and Ex-Pakistan Taliban members joined the
Islamic State and [perhaps to demonstrate their chops] beheaded a man.
There is turmoil on the Saudi Peninsula that has nothing to do with Israel; Saudi Arabia itself gives
mixed messages, as Violence fuels debate among Muslims over interpreting faith. Saudi Arabia's top
body of Muslim clerics quickly condemned Charlie Hebdo attack in Paris but, only days later, a young
Saudi was whipped for insulting Islam; this contradiction points to difficulties of debating how to reject
radical Islamists. Amid rumors of Mashaals expulsion, Doha [Qatar] is trying to regain alliance with
Egypt, Saudi Arabia; these latest moves by against Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood are the product
of a series of setbacks the emirate has suffered. Also, ominously, a Saudi-Iraqi border attack was carried
out by Saudi ISIS members.
Regarding the ongoing analysis of Egypts al-Sisi [whose ongoing anti-Semitism
undermines his goal to reform Islam], an Egyptian paper claimed Barack Obama is a
member of Muslim Brotherhood; whatever Proof it claims to exist is perhaps dwarfed by
simply noting his pattern-of-behavior during the past half-decade [e.g., supporting
Muslim Brotherhood regimes throughout the Magreb].

Regarding Israel, US and the EU are to blame for the failure of the Peace Process; meanwhile, Hamas is
annoyed with the US rejection of its tiew with Turkey and Hamas slammed the unity govt due to a Gaza
employee decision. Also note that a Yeshiva Student, 21, from Brooklyn, was Stabbed with a screwdriver in Jerusalem; the perp escaped.
Heres another letter-to-the-editor of the NY-Times by John R. Cohn, MD:
Just days after France voted for the failed attempt to grant Palestinian
Arabs an independent state in the disputed West Bank territories, Paris
fell victim to terrorist attacks. While there has been outrage over these
killings, as well as global concern that there not be backlash against
innocent Muslims, the synagogues of Paris were closed this weekend
but French mosques were open, reflecting where the real danger lies.
Pictures of Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas marching
in the front row with genuine world leaders in Paris were soaked with
irony as well as the blood of decades of terrorists victims. Palestinian
Arabs arguably invented modern terrorism and have mastered the art of
inciting violence and killing civilians. Giving Abbas a place reserved for
World leaders or formal sovereignty over Gaza and the West Bank will
result in more murders not less.

Finally, it is desirable to note three of Pamelas articles prior to noting reaction by a lib to being
reminded that Kerry [falsely] Linked Rise of the Islamic State With Failed Peace Talks: OBAMA WONT
STAND FIRM AGAINST THE TALIBAN EVEN IN WAKE OF PAKISTAN SCHOOL MASSACRE, THE
ISLAMIZATION OF AMERICA IN 2013, and Jihad in America 2014. My reaction to the following was
simply to note that the two-state solution is dead particularly because Abbas consistently refuses to
accept [@ the end] the existence of a Jewish State.
Are you suggesting there is no connection between conflicts in Israel and the rise of
Islamic extremism? I do not buy that. I certainly do not blame Israel; but, the political
climate and continued warfare there, in my mind, is a strong contributing factor to antiJewish sentiment among Islamic extremists.
The turmoil termed the Arab Spring would have occurred regardless
of what has been transpiring regarding the Arab war against Israel.
I do think the statement on the conflict in Israel was one-sided with respect to its
reference to such things as humiliation and its lack of condemnation of violence on the
part of the Palestinians. I know you would add reference to the rebuilding of Gaza. But,
the statement taken as a whole is reflective of and consistent with the Administration's
continued support of a two-state approach. I know you strongly disagree with that
strategy; but, I do not believe it is inherently anti-Israel to continue to believe in a
peaceful resolution - even if it is likely naive. Back to what Michael said, what has the
Administration done to hurt Israel in its self-defense vs. said/thought?
It is inherently anti-Israel to push ones belief [to Israels ongoing
detriment, when BHO/Kerry harp upon Israels legal construction in
Jerusalem] despite data showing the inability to actualize thereupon.
I see this statement as an effort to "normalize" relationships with folks who they view
may be more moderate. Do you simply believe we should continuously inflame Islam
through condemnation? Do you see no room for diplomacy? I concur we have not
responded with enough military force. The ISIS is waging a war. But, force alone will not
"fix" this entrenched and worldwide view among extremists that violence solves all.
Perhaps, I am the naive one. But I simply cannot accept that the only response to
violence is violence.
Truth-telling need only be inflammatory if it strikes nerves; certain
concepts must be promulgated repeatedly to enhance the possibility
that they will yield proper learned-behavior. Reasonable diplomacy
cannot occur if the basic goal of the opponent is to kill you. The only
way to fight those who wish to kill you is to kill them first; this is the
definition of the word war that pacifists must grudgingly accept.
So no, while I can appreciate your reaction, I think you are seeing this statement
through the lens of someone predisposed to think the worst of Obama. If you are going
to condemn Obama for his continued support of a two-state response, you certainly

cannot single him out. Are you suggesting that before the recent confrontation,
Republicans were opposed to establishing two states? Again, is Obama "evolving"
rapidly enough to deal with this imminent crisis? No. But, I do not believe the
Administration wants to see the demise of Israel.
The focus is on BHO; one cannot honor the temptation [again] to
Blame Bush. He continuously demonstrates why he is meritorious of
receiving scorn; when, for example, will he be able to utter the words
Islamic Terrorism which any reasonable individual would have to
agree has animated the behavior of Islamists [as per their statements,
as well].
You may view what they are doing as leading to negative outcomes for Israel. But again,
I do not see anti-Semitism as driving their policies. If so, my long-standing belief (until
the recent conflict) in land-for-peace should be viewed similarly.
Land for Peace failed when Israel withdrew from Gaza; recall the
definition of stupidity before advocating this behavior be repeated.
