New series- The Armour of God

We continue our new series this morning.

To be a Christian means that we are called to follow Jesus and to
start to become like him. But when we do that all too often we
find that there is a spiritual backlash.
In this new series we will be looking at the advice that Paul gives
to the Ephesian church to overcome this. Paul shows how we can
overcome the spiritual forces that we face and links the spiritual
practices with specific pieces of equipment that a Roman soldier
wore.
We will be looking at each one in turn and linking them to other
New Testament passages to see what we can learn on how to
spiritually prevail.
