Check modal

Define frame sections as required and carefully put in the reinforcement

details like cover, no of bars in each direction and size of steel bars.
While defining frame sections,
- Column C3045 shall mean depth = 0.30 & width = 0.45
- Beam B2330 shall mean depth = 0.30 & width = 0.23
A total of four earthquake load cases i.e. two in each direction with 0.05
eccentricities in each direction are to be made. Earthquake loads are to be
defined as per the given areas seismic zones as defined by IS 1893.
The sequence of earthquake loads should be as follows :
1. EQXP
2. EQYP
3 .EQXN
4. EQYN
Change columns base points to rigid.
Turn on the beam sections to check if beam is broken at correct points
Turn on auto area mesh and then toggle shrink to check meshing of
membrane slabs
All non-continuous secondary ends of beams are to be released of M 3-3.
Cantilever ends are not to be released.
After creating/drawing all the lines elements select all the beams and assign
them 13 output stations.
Wall load on beam is to be calculated for the height H 0.3 where H is the
height till next beam above it.
Change them accordingly if height is changed.
Add default design combos
AnalyzeCheck ModelTick all boxes & tolerance for checks should be
0.1m / 100 mm
