Dear Friends,

It is Christmas time, a festive season for Christians

and non-Christians alike. But what is the occasion for
the celebration? Does it matter? Shops are doing
brisk business and people are generally busy, buying
and giving Christmas presents and singing Christmas
carols, having parties and enjoying themselves. Just
as well that they are not aware of the Reality of God,
that time and space is an illusion and what they are
doing is merely energy in motion.
Though many Christians may believe otherwise,
Jesus is not truly the begotten and only Son of God
and Virgin Mary is not truly the mother of God. When
he said that God is in me and I am in Him, Jesus
was stating the universal truth for every one of us,
for every man, woman and child. Christianity talked
about the Ten Commandments and yet killed nonbelievers with impunity just as the Muslims are
presently doing fighting for Allah. Christianity
resorted to words like mystery, miracle, and
faith. to brainwash their followers and the threat of
last judgment, punishment, and hell to retain
them. There are differences among the Christian
denominations.
Just like every one else, I was an impressionable
person when I was young. Reflecting back to the time
when I was in a mission school, the time when I
became a R.C. convert. I now realize that I had been
brainwashed by the teachings of an organized
religion in school; yes, brainwashed by Christianity in
my case, believing everything like a dutiful Christian.

In fact, we had been brainwashed since we were

young by our parents and elders with their human
concept of duality. This was when we started to
create our false EGO in our subconscious mind. We
have all along been spiritual asleep according to
Anthony de Mello, the author of Awaken.
No human mind can fully understand God, an
unknown ever-evolving entity which is ALL THERE IS.
Nor can we truly understand the illusion of time and
space, of physicality and the universe, of each of
the different dimensions, etc. etc. From bits and
pieces I have gathered here and there, our soul,
spirit, or consciousness is never born (as a human
birth) and therefore does not die. We are not our
body nor are we our present egoic mind. Death is
another term for birth. We actually do not have a
separate soul as it is an integral part of the One Soul
of God. God is eternal life and so are we. Life is God
and God is life. In human language, numerous terms
and phrases mean the same as they refer to what is
commonly known as God.
Remember.. God does not need our worship or
adoration (so religious people can stop their acts of
illusion).. God cannot be damaged (so humanity
has no need to fight for God).. God is absolute
(negativity does not exist in the Reality of God).. be
open-minded to new understanding and let our
consciousness be elevated (to dispel the ridiculous
notions about God).. God is impartial (as no one is
special).. what we do unto others (even in speech)
will be done unto us (our karma).. commune with

God (listen and talk to God).. and many, many

more.
My advice to those who would listen: Be spiritual, not
religious. Reflect on what you are. All human
problems are spiritually based and can be spiritually
resolved.
How do we interact as human beings?
Our body (energy in essence) is a created reality (a
creation which we call an illusion), entirely different
from the Reality of God, (our source or Home in God).
The interaction and control of the body is determined
by the mind which arises from the brain. It is the
brain that decodes the light frequencies that it
receives through the lenses in our eyes. It is the
brain that sees our outer world and not our eyes.
What the brain could not see (often up to 50%), it
makes up what we see. That is why our perception is
based on our beliefs and not seeing what it truly is.
Seeing what is not there has given rise to many
misunderstandings. Our body will, one day, return to
dust.
The Trinity of God.
We are generally encouraged to dream, to focus on
our dreams and to make (manifest) them as our
(created) reality. The mind is the power of God. But it
is inevitably influenced by our belief in the Ego in the
pursuit of physical possessions and of things that are
negative. We must learn to tame the ego or let it die
off. One way to achieve this is not to engage in idle

gossip on negative comments about others or try to

speak less and listen more. There are still a few of us
who would not let their ego go.
The ego is generally referred to as the lower self
while the soul (God) is regarded as the higher self.
In practical terms, heart should be used in
preference to soul in the Trinity of God Heart,
Mind, and Body not the Christian way of Father,
Son, and Holy Ghost. The heart does not denote the
physical organ. The Heart is the very nature of the
Soul.
The mind's worst fear is letting go of control. All that
we need to do is to let go of our preconceptions and
beliefs of how life "should be" and to meditate on the
heart. Let God be in control. Focus on unconditional
love, Oneness, peace and support for humanity, and
all life. Let the heart guide you - instead of letting the
mind keep you on the "Island of The Known." Tap into
the true essence of your heart and allow your mind
to "go on vacation." Let this be the purpose of our
human life: To express and to experience the nature
of God.
It has been said that the heart is 10,000 times more
powerful than the mind.
Everyday to me is as special as any other of my
living days while on earth .. as a celebration to God
in gratitude for all that we have been given.
The above is my Truth. Your Truth is within each of
you.

Have a nice day.
