Professional Experience
♦ Managed all production related project from small (R40 000.00) to large (R15 million) Capex
♦ Developed FIFO and Visual aids for the easy running of production
♦ Championed the re-lay out of a new product-line (Wipers) bringing up EBITDA by 3 million per
month.
♦ Performed day-to-day of product Manufacturing, Quality, and Health and Safety activities.
♦ Provided technical and application support to the production team of Federal Mogul.
♦ Identified and developed a new ways of running production.
♦ Supervised and Managed Light Vehicle Pads product line during hard times due to world economic
credit crunch, this line consists of 58 people in 2009.

Achievements
• Implementation of Shutdown Procedures and Relocation of Equipment 2009
One of our factories closed down due to lack of profits, I implemented shutdown
procedures and use AutoCAD to re-lay the other factory to accommodate the
equipment from the shut factory.

• Using Lean Manufacturing Tools 2008


I used lean manufacturing tools i.e. 5S, SMED, 7 Mudas of Waste, Problem
Solving Techniques etc to drive Continual Improvements.
Manage and Mentored Mechanical Engineering Students in completion of
Practical’s towards their Engineering Diplomas

• Product Group Team Leader 2007


Leading a team of 35 people in 3 manufacturing process stages.

Plant Layout Update 2006


I used AutoCAD to update Plant layouts and use those layouts as strategic plans
for the forth coming 3 years. I assisted the product developing Engineer in
updating the product drawings
