INFORMATION
The undersigned accused JUSTIN TIMERLAKE of the crime of
FRUSTRATED MURDER, defined and penalized under ART. 248 of the
Revised Penal Code, committed as follows:
That on or about the 12 th day of September,
2014, in the City of Makati, and within the
jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the said
accused, with intent to kill, did then and there
willfully, unlawfully and feloniously, attack,
assault Ryan Reynolds, a neighbor, in the
latters residential home, with a wooden club,
and with treachery, rendering him unconscious,
thus performing all the acts of execution which
would have produced Murder
as a
consequence but which did not, as his evil
designs were foiled by other neighbors who,
attracted by the cries of the said Ryan
Reynolds, arrived and rescued the victim.
