Minutes of the Meeting

IV- Molave
July 25, 20114
I. Preliminaries
A. Opening prayer was led by the IV-Molave Adviser, Mr. Arturo G. Taag.
II. Agenda
A. Daily Attendance
Parents were advised to present an excuse letter if his/her child was not able to attend classes
due to sickness and other reasons. Tardiness in coming to school was also discussed.
B. Authorized Collections
The following authorized collections were discussed:
1. Security Guard Five (5) pesos per month will be collected. It was emphasized that the
payment will be for the allowance/honorarium of the person who guards the school at night.
2. PTA Contribution The contribution for the PTA will be determined by the president of the
General PTA.
3. School Organ The adviser said that the school organ is the newsletter of the school and most
of the articles are written by the students.
4. SSG The adviser said that there is a membership fee for SSG.
C. Culminating Activities
The adviser discussed and explained the following culminating activities for every subject:
1. English English Camp and Film Showing
2. Filipino Suring Tanghalan
3. Science Science Camp and Field Trip
4. Math Math Camp
5. A.P. Field Trip
6. Mapeh Acrobatic Show
7. Values Education Film Showing
8. TLE Cake Raffle
Dr. Merlinda Legaspi, the English Head Teacher, explained matters about the culminating
activities. She told that the activities are not compulsory but joining the activities will surely be a
great experience for their child. The students will learn a lot from them while also having fun and
reaping good experiences.

D. IDs and Test Papers


Identification Cards and Test Papers for the Periodical Examinations will be shouldered by the
school.
E. Rules and Regulations
Rules and Regulations of the school and inside the classrooms were discussed. The boys hair
should be neatly cut and without colors. The same goes with the girls hair. Earrings for the girls
should be one pair only. School shoes should be worn during regular classes except during P.E.
Classes wherein students can wear rubber shoes. Wearing of foot socks was also emphasized.
F. Election of PTA Officers
The following parents were elected as the PTA Officers of IV Molave for the School Year 20142015.

Mrs. Jane Legaspi
After the election, the adviser emphasized that the donation for the homeroom must be in kind.
The newly elected PTA President presided and they came up with a project for the homeroom
such as 2 units of wall fan.
III. Closing Remarks
Dr. Merlinda Legaspi delivered a closing remarks, encouraging the parents to be active and
participative in several school programs for the improvements of the studies of their children.
IV. Closing Prayer was led by Mr. Arturo G. Taag.
